The Meadows

Great location, quiet but super close to Stansted, easy entry, best price close to the airport, can arrive at any time, shuttle service for reasonable fee. For a one night stop, it's an economical option.

We couldn't get the shower to work! Turns out it needs to be reset using a switch on the floor by the bathroom door. The cleaner burst in with her kids at 9.00am as they thought we'd all gone. Some of us were still asleep. But, the up side was she showed us how to turn the shower on. A simple sign in the bathroom would be an easy fix. The double bed is comfortable. The pull out sofa bed isn't and the single bed is for short people. Our son slept with his feet through the metal bed end! Some easy fixes would make this 10/10.

Hosts are being very helpful whenever we had questions/requests, spacious apartment with good size bathroom and toilet. Pick up and drop off between here and airport is easy enough to arrange.

Took us a couple of time to get the shower right but no issue after. Some furnitures can be upgraded but good enough for an airport transfer stay.

Close enough to walk to the airport but they offer a great fairly priced shuttle service so no need to walk
