Excellent stay, we highly recommend it!

Nigel is a great host, we had good communication.

There was only a problem with the living room lighting, but Nigel informed us in advance, and we didn't see any reason for it to affect our stay... in the end, everything went well.

It was absolutely spotless! Everything could possibly need was thought of! Very comfortable and cozy! Very easy to come and go when needed. Really enjoyed my stay and the host was amazing with responding quickly and very easy to talk to.

Overnight stay on the way to the airport

The location is great, short walk into the town with lots of bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, en suite appreciated as two couples staying. Access is easy and communication from Nigel was perfect, he very kindly allowed us a late checkout. Very short and easy drive to Stansted.

The flat is perfectly situated for the town centre, we were visiting family who live in Stortford so it was perfect for us. Great to have off street parking.

Excellent location with allocated garage parking.

The host was brilliant and the location was excellent, being in the town centre. It was so close to restaurants that we didn’t need to use the cooking facilities. The lounge TV was good but we didn’t use the bedroom TVs. We liked the garage parking but it would have been very tight for a large car and there are steps up to the ground floor. The apartment is on the ground floor which suited us as we are both mobility impaired.

The property was basic but adequate although, in our opinion, it is now a little tired. There was some damage to a couple of doors, loose handle, rust to the wardrobe doors making the stiff to slide and a few other minor imperfections.

Perfect for our needs - Thankyou

It suited us for one night stay in Bishops Stortford . Nigel arranged for us to access the property early , so we could get changed before a funeral. There was also underground parking included. Comfy beds, good shower.

Lots of door/ garage codes before getting in, tho at least we felt safe once in. Limited natural light.

The location was great as it's a short drive away from Stansted Airport. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was easy to access because of all of the information provided by the host.

Good sized flat in the town centre; excellent communication from host

The location is perfect when visiting Bishops Stortford, right in the centre, with free, secure parking. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized living room / kitchen. We received excellent communication from our host both before arrival and during our stay. To note: We had read the reviews highlighting the parking space is narrow, so brought our small Mazda MX5 and therefore had no problems parking. Our other car is a CX5 and we reckon that would have been ok.

The windows were open on arrival and we found them difficult to close. We needed 2 of us. Very slight smell of damp but not enough to put us off booking again.

The bed linen was very bobbly which made the bed uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that it was perfect.

Filthy, gross and impossible to stay there, never ever book this!!!

Fake profile and fake reviews on booking.com. Totally gross. No communication. Total scam. Never ever book this place however desperate you are. Dirty sheets. Filthy rooms. I've travelled in the worst places in India and South America and I wouldn't sleep here. We arrived at midnight and still preferred to leave and make a new booking ten miles away. Better to sleep in the street

We were happy with our stay and could use the flat again if we went to Bishops Stortford.

The location was excellent, near some very good restaurants and we went to COTES. The breakfast was basic, as described and adequate. The bed was comfortable, we appreciated the mirrored windows , the tv was easy to operate. There were 3. We only tried 1.

The second double room was small and the double bed was against the wall. We booked it for only 2 people so there wasn't a problem.
