Lovely stay at Peartree Court

Very convenient to the town centre and, so handy to either walk or get a cab to the train station. The apartment was very clean and, comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to either a couple or, family with, children. The communication was excellent. Anything we needed, was sorted very quickly, without any hassle.

The only slight criticism I have is that, the entrance hall could do with a bit of a revival. It's a little bit scruffy however, as it's a communal area, I suppose it's trickier to sort this.

clean flat and well appointed - nice !

clean and modern - useful stop over for us whilst visiting family - apartments are on top floor of complex just off M11 so handy for that. two nice bedrooms and decent size lounge. smart Tv works well but no aerial so no terrestrial tv but lots of streaming services so not an issue for us. 2 flights of stairs and no lift so not the most accessible

leaky sink - but they fixed it - wasn’t an issue really anyway for us needs something on shower door to reduce the leaks?

The shower was a little danaged and one of bedrooms a little smaller kept hitting head.

Clean, modern and very comfortable.

The secure car park was a bonus. The apartment was very comfortable. It was spacious, modern, bright and was equipped with everything we needed. The bedding and towels were good quality and we slept very well in our beds. We had a very pleasant stay.The apartment was within easy walking distance of Bishops Stortford, about 30 mins max through a residential area. Bishops Stortford offers a wide range of cafes, shops, car parking, a park, retail centres, high street, bars. a railway station plus much more.

The clue is in the property title but the apartment is up a number of flights of stairs. You'll need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were OK with this but it might be a consideration for others. Also, something we quickly realised, was that being at the top of the building means that its very warm. Perhaps we noticed it more because we're from the North and used to a cooler climate😉 The only problem we had was with the key but this was reported and was going to be rectified.

We were not prepared for the lack of basic supplies such as toiletries, tea and coffee. Our fault.

Nice property with nice decor. It even has a Christmas tree.

However, if you have booked this apartment, make sure you bring your own tea and coffee, shampoo etc., tissues and salt, oil and other cooking requirements - there are no shops nearby. Also, make sure you are mobile enough to carry your luggage up the stairs, then you will have a good stay.

Dissappointing

Location was great for our purpose

Where can I start ! The bathroom sink was leaking into the vanity drawer, the sink took ages to empty, so unusable for washing after cleaning teeth or shaving and when we arrived had remnants of shaving tide marked around sink due to very slow empty of water. The bath overflow was broken and just had hole at end of bath. The glass screen for the shower over bath had no plastic edge on bottom and water went over floor. There was no drying rack, as advertised and no toiletries, even hand soap as advertised. The basics expected in this type of accomodation as a new chux type cloth for the kitchen was not there- just a well used small sponge - very disappointing. Some of the hand towels had dirty marks on them. The sofa in the lounge was covered with an old blanket and underneath was a stained white sofa. Tried to contact property manager on arrival re the bathroom sink but did not respond until next day. Advised sink would be fixed after we left and refused to refund any money. Also the property advertised a TV but had no commercial channels provided. We were supposed to use our own Netflix account??!. After contacting them about this they provided their Netflix account! Not acceptable. This was advertised as a stunning 2 bedroom apartment - a real disappointment after an 8 hour drive!!

Warm, cosy and clean flat!

The flat was very clean and comfy, easy to access and very quiet.

All was great, nothing to complain about. Maybe a hand wash could have been useful, but they provided shampoo and body wash.

- Lo que menos me gustó fue el correo que envió el anfitrión con las instrucciones para el check-in y el check-out, con un tono bastante desagradable y pidiendo que le dejásemos la vajilla fregada, la basura fuera sin indicar donde había que tirarla y que le dejáramos las camas con la ropa de cama quitada. Así lo hicimos, pero un poco más y nos pide que también le limpiemos el apartamento. - El agua en la ducha salía con muy poco caudal. - Eché de menos una cafetera. - Las toallas de ducha talla xs.

Das Licht im Badezimmer ist sehr unangenehm hell und nicht besonders einladend. Die Lage ist eher außerhalb. Zum Zentrum läuft man ca 30 Minuten
