It was generally good.
There needed to be a non slip mat in tye bathroom. I didn't like the noise from outside.

Perfect for what we needed and would stay again.
Perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and local sites. Host was very accommodating and kept in touch.
Some rooms were a little tired. Coffee out of date though still useable.

Handy location for Hoddesdon town centre
It was clean and comfortable and it was a good location with free parking downstairs. The restaurant underneath the apartment building was excellent and open from breakfast to dinner time.
We could not work the TV and there were no instructions.

Very pleased with our three-night stay. Nigh-on perfect. Would stay again. Julie was v friendly.
Convenient for us because it was near Broxbourne. Perfect for a walk into the High Street, where there are good and varied facilities for food/refreshment. Good, secure, free parking. Warm welcome by host (Julie).
Our stay was during a heatwave, and we had to keep the windows open. That was OK, but the room was just above a recycling depot, and a recycling lorry arrived every morning before 8am to collect. The smoke alarm in the lounge/kitchen area was too sensitive. As soon as the toaster was switched on, the alarm went off, and was an assault on our ears. Only one teaspoon in the cutlery drawer.
