Having a shower over thebath, climbing in and out of a deep bath to have a shower can be quite dangerous if you are on the short side. Bathrooms need a full refurbish. Pillows were too big and high to get a comfortable sleep.

Wer Trubel sucht ist hier richtig. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich!

Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad hielt der Halter für den Duschkopf nicht. Als 5 Sterne würde ich das Hotel von dem Zustand der Zimmer nicht bezeichnen.

1-The resort old needed renovation 2-our room bathroom there is sewage smell when we open the bidet 3- the shampoo was oily and my hair oily too it’s was a problem for me.

We were not able to check into our rooms until 6pm due to the overbooking of the hotel . The bathrooms need a refurbishment as there is a lot of mound in the grout . Hotel is looking very tired

A wonderful, relaxing, place to stay in the heart of beautiful Legian. Hope to come back.

From the moment we arrived, the staff and service was wonderful. Location is perfect - right opposite the beach, everything we needed was only a short walk away. The pool is lovely even though it is heavily chlorinated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with some rotations every day. Would definitely stay again.

A couple more dumbbells in the gym would be useful. The gym was still good though. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay here.

Lovely hotel in a nice location (avoid the coffee)

Rooms in the villa are very nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast and pool facilities.

Some maintenance issues in the villa; exterior panelling, doors and light fixtures falling apart. Coffee at breakfast time was the worst I’ve tasted in my life

Pleasantly surprised

Breakfast was not included in the price per night which was disappointing. We were upgraded for our room which was appreciated. The position was ground floor which I requested and appreciated the walk in shower. I can be unsteady on my feet so the little things like this are important. The bed was extremely comfortable and linen was beautiful. Loved the double sink in bathroom. There was a lot of friendly staff and the hotel was very secure. Position was great across the road from beach and lots of restaurants close by. The pools were great too with lots of beds and the staff around the pool were so good. Food was excellent. Loved the general charm of this boutique hotel. Not too big not too small. They have great staff who were happy to accommodate as much as they could.

I would love a small table with 2 chairs so we could eat in room. I would have loved bigger cups in the room and when ordering coffee from cafe, the cups were too small.

Amazing staff and great location, boutique resort provides for personalised attention.

Breakfast menu was abundant and varied with multiple options. Kitchen and waitress staff were always so accomodating. The hotel pool and general facilities were great, location was exceptional and easy to go to different places, although Bali traffic is difficult.

While the hotel is in a good shape, the hotel rooms are a bit outdated and need an upgrade. The restaurant entertainment is great however the music is a bit loud on the rooms.

Location was excellent, food was amazing and staff were so friendly and accomodating always.

My only concern was having to step up into a bath to have a shower. The mat in the bath would slip and thought it was quite dangerous.
