Amazing hotel in an amazing location.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The grounds and hotel were immaculate. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Lake garda is so beautiful and being on the lake front makes a real difference.

Make sure you check transport links and local ZTL for each town to avoid fines

Great stuff, beautiful lobby with a good choice of cocktails and high-quality coffee. Stuff friendly and helpful. Wonderful spa, available with small kids in the morning and early afternoon. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of cooked food, fresh berries, fruits, various kinds of cheese, ham, and fish. Fresh bread. All perfect.

There is a visible fungus in the grooves of the bathtub or on the silicone. It can be easily removed with special bathroom chemicals, but seeing this in such a nice hotel is not nice.

Overall lovely place however not worth it for the price. Mostly fault of the few staff members.

the outside and the pool area was really nice. The restaurant Rivale was great. SPA was calm and nice.

Our opinion is that the hotel is not very child friendly as well as some of the staff was really nice while some were impolite.

Room was tiny and patio was looking out into the carpark and road so was nosey during the day and evening. Was other rooms with a nicer patio view (looking out into the gardens/pool. Was disappointed especially when we paid a higher rate for the room.

Lake view, good place to staff to explore surrounding areas (Verona, Bergamo, Brescia etc), nice pool and friendly staff

Garden and pool were nice, but not really well maintained. Took staff quite long in the mornings to have the pool cleaned of leaflets etc. Garden is nice, but not always cleaned up (cigarette stubs etc).
