Great stay in Desenzano near Garda

Great property in Desenzano,where you can feel welcome with your dogs. There is plenty of parking,a really nice garden with a pool and the hosts are really friendly. Loved it that there were only adults here. The breakfast was good too :)

A peaceful B&B, with great facilities and generous breakfast

I liked everything! This place is truly great, furnished with lots of love and attention to detail. Very well maintained too. The room was peaceful and quiet, the bed was really comfortable, staff incredibly kind, and great breakfast provided. Location is about 35-40min on foot, or 5min in a car from Desenzano historic centre. We walked, but there are also easy parking options around the historic centre for those who prefer to go in a car.

Beautiful location and good value for money

It is a very tranquil location and the rooms are modern and a good size. The owners/staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is great and the pool and gardens are lovely.

If you don’t have a car it is a 30-40 minute walk into the town. Taxis are very difficult to get and quite expensive. Would recommend hiring cycles in the town through the owner of the hotel

A delightful, quiet place in the countryside a short way from Desenzano

This place is a wonderful find, set in it's own beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. Host, Letizia, is charming and helpful, the room well appointed and breakfast choice excellent. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could enjoy our own "al fresco" supper on the large open breakfast balcony in the evenings. Altogether a very relaxing experience, looking forward to visiting again in the future

Perfect! wouldn’t change a thing except increasing our stay duration!

Everything. The price was incredible for considering the pool, gardens, quality of accommodation general feel, when compared to other properties in this region of Italy which are by far less on all counts. Excellent rooms finished to a very high modern standard with a farmhouse feel retained. very quiet location, perfect for relaxation. it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer.

Leaving! You would need a car to access it but this was fine for us, and ensured peace and tranquility only a few minutes drive from the town.

Great location, beautiful place, very nice hosts who tought trough every detail in this place

This is a real Italian gem, just a short drive from city centre, yet you get all the perks of countryside. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely terrace and backyard with pool while the room has one of the comfiest bed (with memory foam mattress and pillows). Whole property is very Instagram worthy so prepare your phone :)

We had amazing time at this house! The breakfasts were delicious with various possibilities. We were very happy about our dog coming with us and being able to join us even at breakfasts and by the pool. The house is very calm but still very near to Desenzano and Sirmione where you can enjoy shopping or dinners. The room had everything we needed and it was super clean.

Well decorated, clean room surrounded by a beautiful garden

Just wow! We spontaneously booked one night in this wonderful accommodation and extended it for another night after two hours. Letizia received us very warmly in this wonderful property with a very well-kept garden and pool surrounded by cypresses and lots of flowers. The way there leads over a small, paved road past meadows with many donkeys, poppies. The room was really big, very clean and tastefully decorated with a large mirror and furniture like something out of a Riviera Maison catalogue. It was all new. The bathroom in particular was very pretty and modern with white and dark green tiles. We had three windows!!! on two sides of the house with a wonderful view. Breakfast was served on the first floor veranda. You can always take a free coffee from the machine and use the small kitchen to prepare meals. I cannot understand the criticism from a predecessor: the house is in the country, surrounded by many trees and agriculture: you cannot prevent dust from accumulating in the outdoor areas. If you don't like country life, you should book a sterile, boring hotel. Everyone else: come here!!!!

Relaxing stay at a beautiful Italian cottage

We really liked the location - the cottage is quite isolated and surrounded by fields which we really enjoyed. And it’s still only a 15 minute bike ride to the beaches and restaurants in Desenzano. The breakfast was great and the service was perfect. We are definitely coming back!

Lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile e la struttura è molto bella. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere le QC terme (15 minutu) e la struttura dispone anche di uno sconto per l'accesso.

La stradina per arrivarci è stretta ed è una ciclabile, quindi può risultare un po' ostica, ma poi ne vale davvero la pena: è il piccolissimo prezzo da pagare per raggiungere una location immersa nella natura

La posizione della struttura era collocata in campagna ma vicino a Desenzano e pertanto abbiamo coniugato la tranquillità con la comodità di raggiungere rapidamente il lago.
