Excelent location and amazing staff

The location is close to lake. And there was excellent shortcut road to lake. Location was really great. And what’s important - there was air conditioner! Loved it. Staff comunication was also great

Great value, good location, and lovely views

The room was great with a lovely balcony view. Perfect location - right outside of bus stop, near supermarke, 20min walk into town centre (which was lovely), 20min ish walk to the beach front which was fine for us but others may find it too long.

Restaurant staff were a little unfriendly when we met them whilst walking through to get to rooms - didn't really entice us to eat there! Room could be a little cleaner and bed looking rather tired. Other than that though great value and we enjoyed our stay.

Quieter location overlooking orchards - great place for an Italian getaway!

Great location - quiet, non-touristy and right next to bus stop. Great view out over lake and surrounding orchards and greenery. Big balcony, and good sized room with clean private bathroom.

Bus system was difficult to navigate and timetables changed during stay due to local schools reopening. Although bus stop is right outside the apartment, it can be difficult to get to/from as buses unreliable and taxis not common. Would recommend hiring a car if staying here.

The sight for the breakfast was beautiful. You can see the lake from the restaurant. The service was perfect, very helpful and well organized.

Communication with the staff wasnt the easiest, but google translate can solve a lot of problems:).

De locatie en de kamer waren erg netjes. De badkamer zag er netjes uit en was mooi schoon. Het inchecken ging opzich makkelijk was alleen iets omslachtig omdat alles in het Italiaans was.

De airco op de kamer maakte vreselijke herrie. Daarom moest deze snachts uit omdat we anders niet konden slapen.

Siamo stati in questa struttura dove avevamo già alloggiato un paio di volte e a mio malgrado devo riscontrare un peggioremento riguardo la cura dei dettagli, la sostituzione delle parti vecchie/rotte. Inoltre la pulizia della camera da rivedere. Pressione della doccia non adeguata al soffione o da sistemare

Idąc do pokoju modliliśmy się aby była klima bo temperatura na zewnątrz nie miała litości i po całym dniu podróży i chodzenia byliśmy spragnieni chłodu, na szczęście nie zawiedliśmy się gdy weszliśmy bardzo pozytywnie się zaskoczyliśmy. Chłodno, czysto i ładnie. W pokoju czajnik, lodówka, kawa i herbata, ręczniki i nawet mydło/szampon - czego chcieć więcej. Ciągły kontakt z gospodarzem. Jasne wskazówki poprzez WhatApp jak wejść, wyjść, jak zrobić samodzielnie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Mimo że mieliśmy mieć pokój z widokiem (taki zarezerwowałam) dostałam informację że nastąpiła pomyłka i jest wolny pokój od strony ulicy, zgodziliśmy się na zmianę, dostaliśmy zniżkę za pomyłkę ale nie ubolewaliśmy mocno. Pokój spełniał wszystkie nasze wymagania i wcale nie było głośno tak jak czytałam w innych opiniach także bardzo bardzo polecam.

Ottima location fronte lago

Stanze molto ampie e pulite, appena ristrutturate. C'è tutto il necessario. La vista sul lago è senz'altro impagabile.

Solo come consiglio: cercare un modo per insonorizzare le finestre che danno sulla strada, offrire un servizio di colazione vera e propria, anche se la macchinetta del caffè con i biscotti fatti in casa è una vera coccola!
