Great accommodation with amasing views

Amazing location right on Lake Garda with it's own private beach and incredible views of the lake and mountains. The terrace bar is superb and the perfect spot to have a drink, watching the sun go down and lights from the towns across the lake twinkling in the distance. The room was well laid out with everything you need and the balcony was huge. Most of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, polite and accommodating.

A few of the male restaurant staff were rather unfriendly and one in particular.

Nice rooms, clean , good view and facilities with the stoves & equipment. beautiful view from the beach and lots of accessibility

They made out like we would get breakfast with the price of our booking, said it was included and then it wasn't. The shuttle bus to the town also didn't exist, it was apparently in the mornings but we were never told about what time when we asked and never saw one any other time of day. it's also walking distance but far away without shuttle , and taxi cost a lot to and from the town

Nice beachside spot with great amenities—just too much insects.

The apartment was right on the beach with a stunning terrace. Parking close to the apartment and complimentary hygiene and cleaning kits were included in the stay. The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchenware, but lacked a microwave.

There were a lot of insects on the terrace, so we ended up spending more time inside than planned. The apartment was clean, though the scent of cleaning detergent was a bit strong and lingered on clothes. We also kept the doors open to air it out which made us to heat with AC.

We booked a lake facing cabil but the overgrown hedges completely blocked the lake view. Moreover the resort didn't offer daily cleaning too.

The proximity to the lake, the pool, the great restaurant of the property with great staff.

Room 1309 ( the one we stayed in) did not have a balcony, it only had a perimeter delimited by the other rooms with a fence, on the entry corridor instead of the balcony. If you get this room assigned and you happen to see this review, ask for a room change. The room is dark and quite depressing

The Location of the terrace were breakfast is served is good. At times a bit windy, but I liked it anyway. The view is top and the stuff is friendly and efficient.

Acces to the breakfast/dining area for elderly people or with a little one (carriage) is doable, although could be a bit easier.

Great location right at the beach

Great location right at the beach. Grounds are well maintained. Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner in room worked well. Views from our room were spectacular overlooking lake and mountains. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from village several times a day. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can rent bikes and sup boards right at the hotel.

There was no iron in the room. Breakfast options were very limited. No shop close by, if you need anything you have to go to village (approx. 20 min walk).

Disappointing

The view is breath-taking and situated comfortably right by the lake. It is good that there is always a lifeguard by the swimming pool for safety. The big balcony was a nice feature.

The room and bathroom are uncomfortably small and not matching our expectations based on the advertised pictures. There was no exhaustion fan from the bathroom so the communal veranda access meant lack of privacy where passing by people could literally peak in. The air condition was very noisy. The balcony would attract many insects and spiders but the old spider webs had not been removed. The cleaning staff would enter purposely the room early in the morning without knocking which was very disrespectful. They would make loud noise, sing and use leave blowers to wake people up to annoy the guests in the morning and leave. Should have not been marketed for family since the room is to small and the only access was up a very steep and long external wood stair. The connection from the parking area to the rooms was inconvenient and unsafe. The price for the sun beds was from 70€ which is an outrageous price for the hotel guests.

Nice room and close to the lake. The room was equipped and staff helped us with things we needed.

A lot of bugs in the restutant and around. Using the Lake gasibu cost money, restutant has limited options, and because of that the hotel is far from center you don't have any other choice.
