Perfect stay at lake garda

All was more than perfect. The host family is so nice and helpful. Antonella sent out some information and recommendations beforehand and we arranged the check-in which Davide, her son, did with us. The Villa is newly renovated and everything is so beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also enjoyed a short dip in the pool across the street which belongs to the Villa. The breakfast had everything we needed and we also liked the location of the B&B. It was quiet but you're also at the lakefront in Desenzano in a few minutes and can enjoy the restaurants there.

Amazing family owned property recently updated in authentic Italian taste, with a well blending mix of antique and modern style . The suites are perfect for even long term stays and they are very clean and upgraded, with massive terraces to enjoy the serenity of the property . The family that owns it welcomed us like their own, and very extremely kind and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and pastry shops, further elevating our experience. We felt right at home and will definitely return again. While the city is just a few minutes away, the property offers a quiet countryside experience we won't ever forget!

Es war sehr schön und wir würden wieder kommen!

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen! Wir kamen etwas zu früh und durften schon direkt „einchecken“. Empfangen wurden wir vom Sohn der Gastgeberin, sehr nett und hilfsbereit (kann deutsch:)) Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und modern! Jeden Morgen leckeres Frühstück! Wir haben uns den ganzen Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren nur zwei Tage da aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer (Komfort) lag im ersten Geschoss mit einem sehr großen Terrassenbereich und Sicht auf den schönen Garten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Besitzer ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er spricht auch deutsch. Die Lage des Hauses ist relativ ruhig an einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße und in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

Sehr schön restaurierte Villa. Alles hochwertig und neu eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig und zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum See, 15 Minuten zur Stadt. Frühstück prima.

Toll, super, ohne Gleichen!!!

Die Räumlichkeiten (Zimmer, Foyer, Frühstücksraum) wurden sehr behutsam saniert, Bestehendes (sehr sorgfältig und authentisch renoviert) und Moderne (Bodenbeläge, Möbel, Badzellen) wurden genial kombiniert, miteinander verwoben, verknüpft. Unser Zimmer wirkte durch Einbringen toller Ideen sehr großzügig, die historische Deckenmalerei wurde dadurch nicht unterbrochen. Ich bin Architekt und durfte erleben, wie das Engagement der Eigentümer und Betreiber des Projektes Hotel auch den Gästen zugute kommt: Eine beispiellose Herzlichkeit von innen heraus trug ganz offensichtlich zum Wohlsein aller Gäste bei, egal welcher nationaler Herkunft. Wir waren schlicht geflasht ob dieser Gastfreundlichkeit. Nichts war falsch, alles echt!

Alles war mustergültig, wer was anders schreibt, sollte an sich selbst arbeiten!!!

Frühstück war super immer frisches Gebäck und Obst es wurde immer nachgelegt, es war alles vorhanden für ein gutes Frühstück ! Der Kaffee, ein Traum ob Espresso oder Cappuccino! Die ganze Familie ist super freundlich, wir haben uns so richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und alles ist super sauber!

Las instalaciones impecables, todo nuevo. La habitación es gigante y el baño muy cómodo. El desayuno muy buen. Los dueños muy amables. Te recomiendan lugares para comer y visitar Volvería!!!!

Ottima scelta sul Lago di Garda: da ritornarci!

Struttura nuovissima, appena inaugurata. Ottima colazione, ampia camera accessoriata con tutto il necessario, elegante e con comfort moderni, ampia terrazza e pulizia egregia di tutti i locali. Posizione comoda e vicina a tutto senza la scomodità del rumore del centro città: zona tranquilla e piacevole per rilassarsi e staccare

L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è che nella nostra camera non era possibile avere buio completo perché la finestra del bagno non presentava tenda oscurante come per le altre finestre

La struttura è molto accogliente e ben curata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma comanda per raggiungere il centro città. La famiglia proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. La colazione era molto buona e con prodotti di qualità.
