Well rested ab

I liked everything from the moment I got to the house was extremely clean the lightening was perfect…..the host Sheena was amazing …..the welcome pack was very generous and delicious…..hopefully get back next year Thankyou !!!!!!!!

What I didn’t like was leaving 😢much needed rest and comfort the scenery and the roaring burn was very therapeutic……..

4 day Break on Orkney

Absolutely Fantastic accommodation. Sheena was great dealing with our cancelled ferry problems. What a lovely stay it was, We will definitely return if we visit Orkney in the future.

Great place to stay on mainland. Parking outside front door. Well placed to visit many areas. Wonderful design and makeover of old mill. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent service all round.

Brilliant, highly relaxing break.

The welcome on arrival - low lighting on, soft music playing, fresh flowers and basket of goodies. "Extras" in the bathroom and very well equipped kitchen.

utterly amazing , we had 5 of the 6 apartments for our group, all individually and beautifully appointed. A huge welcome pack was left for each of us , most welcome with a late check in. Parking is easy and generous. Information provided about Sebay Mill, its history, restoration etc along with details of things to do in Orkney I would have like a shelf or similar in the shower cubicle of Burnside, but that's a personal thing

Orkney apartment

It was a bit out of the way which is what we expected! The apartment was so clean and spacious. Even coffee, tea, cream and eggs awaited us! Oh, and Orkney shortbread! Perfect place for a mom and her grown son to stay and have a memorable vacation.

Our 4th stay at Sebay and enjoyed as much as ever .Had everything needed for a great 2 week stay .very comfortable and clean apartment. Ideally situated a short drive away from Kirkwall

Lovely well equipped property and finished to a high standard, very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom with the toiletries so you don’t have to worry when flying in. Lovely welcome touches too. Convenient location for exploring the whole mainland and island hopping.

A perfect location for sightseeing, chilling out and having time with family.

Extremely well appointed. Nice welcome card and supplies for immediate use. Rooms clean, tidy, large and comfortable. Wide array of games, maps, books and such should we need them. Everything worked. There was nothign we needed that we could not find already there.

Internet was sometimes slow - but that was the case all over the area so not blamed on property

This apartment had everything we could have needed as advertised but there were a number of extra touches that were more than was expected such as the welcome note, the basket of treats and essentials, the toiletries, plump towels. Sheena is a wonderful and thoughtful host and we would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful place to stay! An historic mill that has been beautifully renovated - cosy, comfortable and spacious. Special touches such as a basket of local treats and a range of fantastic books covering local topics. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful inside and out

As soon as you walk through the door you already feel right at home. A little care package of goodies as well as a welcome note left on the dining table and they even go as far to make sure there is milk in the fridge. The apartment is spotless and very cosy and has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent facilities & a great base for travelling around the Mainland

Well laid out to a very high standard with all facilities catered for. Helpful guidebooks & walks on Orkneys can be used. Perfect as a base to tour around the islands.

Nothing to dislike. Low slopping ceiling in lounge but just need to be aware & thankfully I didn’t get caught out! Care when pulling out of drive as cars can be doing 60mph+!
