Very close to the centre of Kirkwall (just a ten minute walk into town). It was exceptionally clean and everything you needed was there.

The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hosts were friendly and left lots of useful information for using the house appliances and ideas for tourists. There was plenty of space inside for 4 adults. We had good weather, so being able to hang washing outside in the garden was a bonus. Staying in Kirkwall makes it very easy to explore Orkney.
Some more hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom would be useful.

Location suberb near bus stops , easy walk in to town about 10-15 min .
House was clean , all facilities and equipment you could want was there .conservatory a real sun trap just lovely to sit in when outside raining .
Hosts were lovely and very quick to respond to any questions.
All in all well recommended for a homely and comfortable stay in Orkney

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely holiday home during our first trip to Orkney. The friendly owners have thought of everything you could possibly need for a great stay and the property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We especially loved the conservatory which was a delight on the sunny days we were lucky enough to encounter.
An easy walk into town, highly recommended.
