The location with the views of the bay, Hoy and the fields was great. The open plan kitchen dining living area was perfect and well equipped - we enjoyed using the air fryer! The bedrooms were very comfy.
It was odd not being any instructions to get in beforehand. And a shaver socket would have been very useful.

Location and layout were both superb. Perfect for family or friends spending time together as the cooking, eating and sitting areas are one space. Main space is beautifully light with amazing views. You can spend hours looking at the changing sea, the birds and even seals. Beautifully done up with good quality furnishings. Beds very comfortable. We loved it and had a great time.
When things went wrong with the property, we had to chase for an update rather than the owner being proactive.
