Everything was perfect. Magical location easy for walks and just to enjoy spectacular views of the Moray Firth. I grew up locally and was always fascinated by our beautiful lighthouse at the beach, so it felt like staying with an old friend. The house has been furnished beautifully and so comfortable, whilst maintaining the unique characteristics of the cottage.
The bath was a little ‘hairy’ on arrival, but only took a quick clean. Sink in bath Room a slow drainer. I’m truly scraping the barrel to find any flaws, but these two points would have made it ‘an even better if’

What an absolutely amazing spot. Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil. Views are second to none.
The basic amenities were not provided. No milk on arrival or any sort of welcome ‘pack’ including bare essentials. We had to buy salt/pepper/ sauces and strangest of all cleaning products despite there being signs within the property to keep it clean, nothing was actually provided to do so which you wouldn’t expect at any self catering place.
