Very spacious, with incredibly comfy beds. Plenty of parking and quiet. Good kitchen facilities. Nice wee welcome pack. Host quick to report via text message. Short walk into town.

Nice building from the outside. House was clean and tidy.
There was a decaying car and old sofa abandoned in the driveway. No pods for coffee machine and not a very appealing supposed treat for arrival. Grass growing out the gutters and the garden needed some tlc. Broadband was so slow it was unusable. House was far too cold, we know it was a damp day but no excuse for not having any control over our own comfort for the stay, especially with an elderly lady. Crockery and cutlery were in need of replacement. Personal thing here but woke both mornings at 4:30am with a cockerel in nearby property.
