Nice caravan, Boring caravan site

Paul was Friendly, and the caravan was lovely and clean.

Paul was very friendly and accommodating. The caravan was very clean and well equipped. But, the site is very boring in November, they had a private bingo event on in the clubhouse, but everything else was closed, arcade was closed and so was the chip shop too. Not much for kids to do apart from a walk around and a play at the tiny play park. Swimming pool was also closed.

Excellent Hogmanay Stay

Fantastic host, very helpful prior to our stay and met us on check in. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Unlike many places, it's well equipped with decent kitchen utensils, towels, good WiFi and streaming services. The staff on the site facilities were very helpful too

Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We loved everything. Had everything we needed, lovely caravan. Nice and clean and well equipped. Paul was lovely, met on arrival and very helpful. Kids loved the beach which was on our door step. Beautiful scenery, highly recommend the beach. Highly recommend booking with Paul for your stay in Lossiemouth.

Spend a few days in Lossie

The holiday was about getting seven members of our family together for a few days to spend time enjoying each others' company, in a beautiful beach location. Paul's place gave us the size accommodation we needed to all have our own spaces and all have enough family room to also share time together.

The swimming pool states that it is free. However, in order to book a swim you need a pass that can be brought from the bar for £6.95 for one day or £20 for 3-4 days per person. When five people want to go for a swim and want to use none of the other facilities this does not make swimming 'free'. However, Lossie was a great natural location. These facilities were not really essential to a great holiday.

May 2025 holiday

Great layout with bedrooms at both ends. Very comfy beds and the kitchen had all you needed. I would definitely recommend Paul's Place to anyone.

The grill was small, but this is to be expected in a caravan. This was more than made up for, though, by the excellent air fryer.

A room each for four adults tv wifi and everything wee needed. Didn’t use the overall park too much but looked great 4 children.

Everything. Great caravan, very comfy and clean. The shower was excellent as was the WiFi. Loved the decking, perfect place to relax. Paul was great, we rang him 30 minutes before we arrived and he was at the front entrance to the park to meet us. Thankyou Paul.

Amazing Caravan, looking forward to book again .

Very spacious, clean, well organised caravan and got everything we needed.Well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and beds,has wifi, extra pillows in every bedroom,etc. Can’t ask for anything more. Paul is very welcoming and met at the time of arrival. Enclosed decking is very helpful with the little ones.Looking forward to visit again!

Home from home

The caravan was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, like towels & bedding. Coffee tea & suger we're provided also. It was close to the beach which my grandkids loved. Cannot comment on site facilities as this was just used as a base to visit family

Great stay, look forward to coming back when season starts.

Paul came and met us. Was close to the beach and play park. Enclosed balcony for toddler and dog to play outside. Had Wifi and selection of TV apps to watch along with some toys for our toddler to play with. We went out of season, so was great to get a look around and explore without the crowds for our first visit to get our bearings.

No path from the site to Lossie for the buggy, Attempted the beach but couldn't seem to find an easy way out without having to lift the buggy to cross the stones or squeeze through the dunes at the other end.

Very specious caravan, big space on terrace, great host, Paul was very nice, our dog could stay with no extra charge which we found very rare in properties like this. Overall amazing place, close to the beach, great facilities. highly recommend.

Amazing caravan near the beach

We were met by the host who was so friendly and helpful.The caravan was excellent,there was ,so much space for us and our dog.Had a spacious decking area also.It was a very dog-friendly place to stay and close to the beach for walks.The caravan was cosy and well equipped,it benefitted from having wi-fi also.We really loved our 2 night stay here and would definately stay here again.
