This was our second stay and we loved every minute spent in this clean & comfortable cottage which is fully equipped - a home from home experience but better because we were in Finechty.

Beautiful location, short walk to harbour and local pub. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable house. Welcome bag was a lovely touch left by delightful host. Would have appreciated brief instructions for operating the fire in the lounge as we were unable to make it work for longer than 10 minutes. Or provision of a couple of fleece blankets for less hardy visitors!

A stunning property where the pictures don't do it justice. Tucked away in a quiet street near to the sea. A real home from home with so many little touches and home essentials without having to worry about packing your car up with unnecessary essentials, just food if you are eating in. Couldn't recommend highly enough. A thoughtful welcome bag with goodies which was very kind indeed

Our stay at Tooie's Hoose was all we had hoped for. The house is spotless and well equipped, has a really comfortable king sized bed, it is situated very close to the beach and old harbour (Hythe), there are lovely walks all around, the area is very peaceful and Annette, the host, is lovely.

Fantastic wee house in a great little fishing village. We know this area quite well and took the opportunity to spend a few days here exploring from Tooies House. The place is spotless and ideal for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and a dog. There was a small leak in the kitchen ceiling due to the really horrible weather on our arrival day so we informed Annette and it was fixed the next morning. A fantastic response with great communications all the way through. Overall, a wonderful house and thoroughly recommend to stay here if you're looking for somewhere in this area.

This very beautiful property has it all, the location and absolutely beautiful and well equipped property The host is amazing and answers all your questions. The property is well equipped, beautiful linen and excellent kitchen. Highly recommended. But, do not book through VRBO, they are usless. Direct bookings with the host is recommended.

We had a lovely stay, a nice clean house, nice kitchen and a bathtub. On the first day, we found a small welcome gift, it was a lovely idea. When you come over there with teenagers, please be prepared for a slow Internet connection, for WIFI or 4G in the cottage itself and a bit of small living room. The beds are great. The cottage is near the harbor and the sea. It is located in a quite town, and if you are in to hiking, or visiting a distillery, this is a good place for a stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Tooies Hoose. The cottage is immaculate with excellent facilities. A stones throw from the Sandy beach, so ideal for dog walks and our 7 year old son loved playing in and exploring the rock pools. Annette was friendly and fantastic with all her communication and we would definitely love to return.

This place was a great find. Gorgeous part of Scotland, in a wee picturesque village with the house right around the corner from the beach, and we were extremely lucky to have fab weather. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, plus the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Annette was a great host and communication was quick and easy. Tooies house is in a brilliant location- 5 mins from the beach. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need whilst on holiday. The welcome package was a lovely surprise which my little boy loved! We will definitely be back !
