I loved the location and the property was perfect size for my daughter and I. We had our dog with us and there were two fields opposite the property that were perfect for letting him run around, the bed was so cozy and comfortable best two nights sleep I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. The only concern my dog decided to escape he is still a puppy and the property is not enclosed so I was worried he would have run onto the main road thankfully he didn’t. Even if there was two little gates attached to the decking area it would mean that dogs would not be able to get beyond that and easier to catch if they should run out when opening the door.

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Very clean with comfy beds. Overall wonderful base for trip to Orkney.

Clean and well presented
Tv channels - difficult to navigate and no bbc/stv which was a surprise during World Cup games but… didn’t go to Orkney to watch tv so not major issue for 2 night stay

Great location to hop to other parts of Orkney. Provided tea coffee and lovely breakfast selection with biscuits. Lodge had everything we needed
