Burray Apartments - Tangles, Kelpie & Selkie

Large property- excellent

Good location on Orkney, check in instructions were simple and easy. Good size apartment (Selkie) breakfast items and basics tea,coffee,sugar,milk, provided which is a great touch. Easy parking off street, for those with EV, perfect EV point with sensible parking restrictions for overnight charge is 1 minute walk away.

The shower had a mind of its own and would leap from its holder. Upstairs neighbours normal movements amplified in the apartment, just one of those things, thankfully no sleep was disturbed!

It was home from home . Had everything you needed even breakfast and treats were supplied. A lovely thought.

I loved the location and the property was perfect size for my daughter and I. We had our dog with us and there were two fields opposite the property that were perfect for letting him run around, the bed was so cozy and comfortable best two nights sleep I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. The only concern my dog decided to escape he is still a puppy and the property is not enclosed so I was worried he would have run onto the main road thankfully he didn’t. Even if there was two little gates attached to the decking area it would mean that dogs would not be able to get beyond that and easier to catch if they should run out when opening the door.
