Cold when we arrived and could not find the thermostat. Contacted agent but he kept repeating what was written on the landing, eventually found the thermostat in a totally different room and warmed up nicely.
Had arranged an early check-in and contacted the agent when we arrived in Wick and he charged us extra to check-in an hour earlier....house looked as though it had been empty the previous night at least! Disappointed.
