Riverside Apartments

I had to get a last minute accommodation for a trip to Wick for work, hotels are limited and of course it is height of season so disproportionately expensive for what you get. For a little more I opted for the apartment as I was arriving later and just wanted some home comforts, to relax and get my own meal. Large spacious apartment with the added treat of the balcony, weather was hot and muggy, so sitting out to have my dinner and breakfast was a real bonus whilst getting some air and listening to the river. Location is excellent, easy to find, and walkabout from the town and harbour should I have wanted to explore. For those touring the NC500, I'd suggest this is an excellent cost effective option for a small family or couple to base themselves for exploring the area.

Cleanliness wasn’t very good, surface clean only… needed a deep clean. one hand towel but four bath towels between four adults which were frayed at edges and needed to be updated.Electric cooker rubber seal was broken and needed a proper clean. Also soiled food still inside, we did NOT use cooking facilities at all.coffee table very unstable and shaky needed tightening.
