Very positively surprised! The flat was enormous, warm, and exceptionally comfortable. It even had a tumble dryer, which was a lifesaver for a one‑night stay during our long journey around Scotland. The host’s communication was absolutely fantastic—quick, clear, and genuinely friendly. They made check‑in effortless and ensured we had everything we needed. Truly one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Great location. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Very clean. Owners very responsive to queries. Had a great stay.
Difference between 2 bedrooms chalk and cheese. Second bedroom small with bed against the wall. Not ideal for 4 adults but okay if family with kids.

In town
Small shower no conditioner, having to set or turn on broiler for heating when we have never used one before, front door would not lock had to write to owners to get directions on how to use the keys properly to get door to lock when it ended up being to lift handle all the way up before putting keys in to lock. We were asked to strip beds that we used for easy cleaning for cleaner, so many doors in the place, layout was a little weird.
