Everything at 12A was five star, the decor, the cleanliness, the location, the comfort, the equipment and of course the hosts Jane & Alan. As soon as we opened the door we knew that 12A was going to be perfect. Any questions we asked were answered within minutes. If we return to the area in the future we most certainly would book with Jane & Alan.

The property was easy to find. The external appearance does not reflect the inside of the property at all. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was great for the station, the bus, the town and the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by the supplies and the coffee machine.
