Beautiful home steps from the beach! Well-equipped, clean, comfortable, very welcome respite on our UK tour!

My only suggestion: the cold water setting on the laundry machine doesn’t work and we washed some new clothes with old clothes not knowing. The colors bled and ruined one of our lighter colored shirts. Please either fix that or tell people that it is hot water even if you’ve chosen cold.

The house itself was nice nothing at all to complain about. We paid a bit more than we usually would, but that's OK as it's our holiday, and the place was big and there was just the 2 of us. As I say the property was well sized, it looks like it has been extended 2 or 3 times, so plenty of room downstairs. The house is well placed as it's just a couple of minutes walk for the shops and the beach. Opposite Beach House is a kids swing park, so that might be good if you had kids.

There was nothing really that we out and out disliked, might have been nice if someone was there to meet us, just in case there was any issues, which in the end there wasn't

L’emplacement au centre de Thurso et le long de la plage. Malheureusement, Thurso en septembre était un peu sinistre. Le sèche linge est un plus.Le quartier est très calme.

La décoration est simple et manque de chaleur et de personnalité en comparaison à ce que nous avons loué ailleurs en Ecosse (bouquins, tableaux ..). Le prix est excessif même si l’offre est peu abondante dans la région. Ce fut la location la plus chère en dehors d’Edinburgh.
