    My. Friend Shita and I stayed at Sandra’s twice: on 11 July in room 2 and on 16 and 17 July in room 6. We found both rooms clean, comfortable and entirely adequate for our needs as light-weight travellers. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with breakfast foods. The warden James wa a congenial host and free with his wealth of information about Thurso and Scotland. Its central location gave us ready access to food, drink and transport.     What more do you need for the backpackers hostel? Warm shower, clean beddings and well equipped kitchen, friendly hosts. Loved my stay.
