Lovely hotel. Friendly staff.

Good location, in centre of Thurso.
5 mins walk to beach or harbour.

Not any comfy seating in bar area, but there is lots of seating at reception.
Room had bath with shower above.
Small double bed
Only 1 hour parking in front of hotel. There is street parking 1 street up, behind the hotel.

Breakfast was a buffet and was a great film up for the day ahead.Staff were excellent and very attentive.
Room was cold. Facilities on the website were not provided. We also given a standard double room until we went back to ask for a change. On our last day younger members of staff weening charge of the breakfast. The doffrence was night and day. Tables not set correctly. Milk not provided with a milk jug. Coffee was.cold and never filled during out time.

There was an issue with our room on arrival but the staff dealt with this immediately.
Breakfast was very good and also the evening meal in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good - friendly and helpful lady
The bar / restaurant were tidy and comfortable and staff were quite friendly.
Bedroom was very tired.
