Size of room was a bit small.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and was a decent size.
The hot water was lukewarm in the afternoons. Some of the grouting around the bath/shower was mouldy.

Didn’t have breakfast but dinner was excellent
The room was accessed directly from outside. An inside door mat would help keep the carpet clean

Room was clean. Dinner was good when it arrived after 1 meal was missing ingredients. Basically my husband was finished his meal by the time I got mine. The waitress was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was poor quality and lacking in quantity.
Room was in the car park at the back of the hotel and separate from the hotel. Only 1 window and quite dark and cold on arrival. We did not expect this.
Dinner was missing an ingredient and when the staff were informed the chef questioned this but was in the wrong as proven when the dish was taken back to the kitchen.
