The room was a great size. Very comfortable. There is two bars, one is good for getting a bit of chat and the other for getting the laptop out.

Lovely large room, very comfortable bed. Even though the outside of the hotel is plain, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Location was great, room was comfortable and a good size. Room was clean. We couldn’t really use bar facilities as I had a child with me and no under 18 license but it looked nice inside. Good location for bus stop and train station.
It was noisy in the evening as people using the beer garden but only really until closing time.

The room was a standard room
I had to wait 15mins for a staff member to come back to reception. I also had leisure centre staff to try and radio them several times unfortunately there radio was sitting on top of the desk at reception.
Several people where also queuing after 10 mins
A coach party arrived when reception staff finally came back they actually asked me to wait while they sorted out a full coach load .
