Rosevale Apartment Kirkwall

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a comfortable 3 nights there. It was easy to check in and we had parking.

Easy access to centre of town and routes out of town.

Nothing.

The property was exceptionally clean, there was an excellent provision of cooking equipment , with nice crockery . The dishwasher and washing machine an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and the flat well heated. Good communication from the host to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was easy to find and with a car town a nearby beach and the town were easily accessible

The location of the property was in a housing estate and a bit further away from the centre of town that I had anticipated, although walkable probably within 30 / 40 minutes my partner had some mobility issues so wasn't ideal for us on this occasion. I wasn't particularly comfortable with the entrance to the property being through the bottom of someones home as I had not registered this on booking, although in practice it didn't cause us any difficulties

There was a fair bit of noise in the property due to a dog and young child/children. There were cats freely roaming in the property and this did not affect us but it should be pointed out to other guests due to severe allergies,
