The property was exceptionally clean, there was an excellent provision of cooking equipment , with nice crockery . The dishwasher and washing machine an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and the flat well heated. Good communication from the host to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was easy to find and with a car town a nearby beach and the town were easily accessible
The location of the property was in a housing estate and a bit further away from the centre of town that I had anticipated, although walkable probably within 30 / 40 minutes my partner had some mobility issues so wasn't ideal for us on this occasion.
I wasn't particularly comfortable with the entrance to the property being through the bottom of someones home as I had not registered this on booking, although in practice it didn't cause us any difficulties

L’appartamento è molto carino , arredato con cura e dotato di molti elettrodomestici. Si trova a Kirkwall , a poca distanza dal centro, dalla Highland Distillery e da Scapa Beach, ed è in una posizione ottima per girare l’isola. I proprietari sono stati sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Ci tornerei volentieri

The apartment is just stunning. Everything feels like new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the shower had fantastic power. The bedroom was luxurious with gorgeous decor and the bed so comfortable. Jen was great with her communication in advance of the stay and checked all ok after arrival. Just a mile outside Kirkwall town centre, it was very quiet.

Everything here has been done to a very high standard.
Some kitchen consumables like kitchen paper glad wrap and al foil would be a welcome addition.
