Arriving late at night on the ferry from Shetland we needed somewhere easy to drive to and park, which this was. The 2-bed house became our base for three days of intense exploration of Orkney and was perfect for that purpose. There was lots of space in all the rooms and made for a very comfortable stay.

The home is on a quiet street with plenty of free street parking. It is spacious and comfortable. The host is quick to respond.
On Booking.com it says breakfast is provided. Biscuits, crisps, noodles, two eggs, old cereal with no milk, no coffee - that is not a breakfast!
The host did come with milk and coffee.

House comfortable and warm.
The information on Booking.com was misleading as we expected the property to be close to the Peedie Sea it was actually up the road on Clay Loan. I'm not sure we would have booked the property if we had known that. The property was advertised as an apartment ..it was actually a house. That wasn't a problem for us but may have been if you had a mobility issue. Breakfast was a bit strange ...2 pit noodles, one can of beans 2 x packet of crisps and 2 boxes of half used cereal and out of date milk. We bought our own.
