We thought the host was very kind and helpful and the property was extremely well equipped and also very comfortable. Also a great handy location for the town of Krrkwall and boat trips.

Very well equipped, even a small garden. The breakfast was ok. Nice 20 minutes walk from center, easy to find, quit area, nice and clean. The host gave good answers and recommendations

It was pristine and had everything we needed. A lovely selection of breakfast items and snacks we there for us to have.

Easy parking, lots of hot water, no noisy neighbours.
Cleanliness was lacking, moved one of the settees and had to sweep up broken biscuits and other debris. Towels were hard and bit smelly. Settees were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was reasonably kitted out but no bread bin or tea-pot.
Location just a bit too far to walk into town so car used every time.
