The breakfast was as described, a continental breakfast left in the kitchen area for arrival. Supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance for supplementing the provision. The kitchen was very well equipped in terms of equipment and support items (e.g. clingfilm, cleaning liquids etc.). The location was excellent for reaching the centre of Kirkwall and the cultural centres. Car parking was very convenient at the rear of the accommodation and it was easy to travel to all parts of the mainland.

Neat, tidy, warm and cosy. Good location a short walk into town and down to the harbour.
The shower could do with an upgrade although it worked well enough.

The apartment was spacious, clean, cozy, and in a great location within Kirkwall. Local amenities within a short walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped, easy breakfast was in the fridge, complimentary wine was a big bonus for us from Norway. Two bathrooms with toiletries, good wifi. Own parking just outside the door. Communicative host, good check in information.
Scottish plumbing is weird as the british :-)
