Handy, well equipped, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Nicely supplied with a snack basket, and basic kitchen requirements. If bathroom had not had the slip hazard issue, and if we'd been able to get the bedroom properly warm, would have given a much higher rating.
Cold bedroom. Bathroom shower is 'wet room' type. Entire bathroom gets wet from shower. You have to cross bathroom to toilet, so needed to dry the floor carefully each time to avoid slip hazard. Needed a towelling bathmat at least. Used spare hand towel instead.

Easy check in and ideal for late ferry arrival. Comfortable with good kitchen.
Hall smells a bit damp, but apartment and all fittings and furniture are in good condition

Ideally located to access Kirkwall city centre - close to shops and restaurants.
Only niggle was I had to retune Freeview - only took a few minutes, there were no Freeview channels stored.

Plenty of space
1.Toilet a big problem when flushing poo, filled up alarmingly & took ages to drain. Obviously a blockage.
2.Smell of drains in bathroom.
3. Wet room poorly designed so floor wet all the time. 4.Bathroom door wouldn’t close.
5. No clean dishcloths, 2 grubby used sponges provided
