The view, the location, the cleanliness of the room and the help of the staff were great. We stayed for 2 days. Hotel locations in the Old Town are also very nice.

The apartment was clean and in a good location; easy walking distance to Kotor old town.

I didn't like the management company that's in charge of this property. They sent us a ridiculous amount of information before arrival, with loads of rules and threats to charge us extra money if we didn't obey ("don't get make-up on the towels or we'll charge you extra; don't bring a pet or we'll charge you extra; don't lose the keys or we'll charge you extra, etc. etc."). It felt very unwelcoming and I didn't appreciate being treated like a child. Also, we contacted them before arrival to let them know that we would need to use the sofa bed as well as the main bed, and were surprised when they said it would cost an extra 11 euros as a "dry cleaning fee" (not sure why sheets would need to be dry cleaned, since there was a washing machine in the basement). We've booked flats with a sofa bed dozens of times and this is only time we were charged extra; it seemed very petty when we were already paying the highest price to get a flat with two beds. Then they didn't even put the extra bedding in the flat for us; we had to go down to the basement in the dark and find it ourselves. The flat itself was very basic and not good for making meals, since there's only a small stovetop with two burners (no oven, microwave or coffee maker). In the bathroom, only hand soap is provided; no shower gel or shampoo. The bedroom has no air conditioning so it was very hot for sleeping, and the bed was uncomfortable. I saw much nicer accommodations in Dobrota for less money, so we were only paying extra for the sea view, which wasn't worth it - the view is mostly just the neighbour's house and trees. Also note that the garden looks nothing like the photo - it's overgrown and there's no outdoor seating or BBQ (when I asked the management company about the BBQ, they argued with me and denied that there was any such photo or that a BBQ had ever been provided - like I just imagined this?).
