Brilliant stay made better by exceptional property.

Location perfect. Light and airy, plenty of space for two couples. Fixtures and fittings exceptional. Kitchen utensils, crockery etc fabulous.

A wee bit difficult to get fresh air circulating in property but accept that this is due to the fact that it’s an old building.

Ideal for short or long break didn't actualy cook but the kitchen was well equiped with pots, pans, crockery ,glasses ,utensells and white goods . A very clean well equiped appartment in a superb location with parking

Brilliant stay in the heart of Scotland!

This property was amazing, bedrooms on ground floor, so no lugging suitcases upstairs, comfortable living area upstairs with kitchen, and 3 bathrooms total. It had a washing machine, brilliant heating system, which we didn't even really need, and spotlessly clean. Right outside the property you walk across a bridge over the pretty River Ness and you're in the centre of town with pubs and restaurants everywhere. Tescos supermarket just around the corner. This apartment was perfect for our family, thank you!

Comfortable happy stay.

Parking at the door ✅ welcome folder useful but parking pass was not in the kitchen on arrival. Think it should be in the folder. This is our 2nd stay with friends from Norway who also were impressed with the property and location.

Perhaps the folder could include a welcome in different languages?

The ensuite bathroom door doesn't function well. It gets stuck when fully closed, and the person inside can't get out without the help of someone outside. This obviously is unsafe and needs to be rectified ASAP. The kitchen tap also is a bit wobbly and needs to be more secure to its base.

For the perfect stay

was perfect for a family, many bathrooms, comfortably, all the “extra” included such us hair dryer, cleaning elements, no problem with the heating, all perfect

This was the best property we have stayed at in a very long time and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful converted flat, well equipped, spacious and immaculate. The host was very kind in sending us instructions on how to turn the the heating on as the weather suddenly turned very cold. We were also very grateful for the approval for late check out request at no extra cost. We would love to stay at this property again.

The taxi at drop off was unclear as to where the property was. However a call to the host soon had us in the right place. A kind neighbour assisted us with a torch to let us into the key box as it was very dark.

I did have to message the host b/c I had misplaced the key directions b/c it was the first communication I had gotten from him and then had several others but he responded immediately. Location was excellent. Able to walk over the suspension pedestrian bridge which was right outside the door

THE space were BIG AND HAD AN INDEPENDANT KITCHEN WITH UTENSILS PLUS BATHROOMS WERE NEAT AND SPICK.

THE SIZE OF THE BED WAS QUITE SMALL. The room size could have been bigger.

was told river view all I seen was a wall,washing machine leaked water through the light fitting into the bedroom below where someone was sleeping contacted the owner and he didn’t seem to care,it could have been a lot different if someone was hurt with the water passing through the light fitting into the bedroom below.The owner came to the apartment and said there is nothing I can do just now and says there’s a laundry 5 minutes away,but when you read what’s contained in the flat and goes with the price and get told there’s a laundry within 5mins we where rather angry

Highly recommended spacious and comfortable accommodation located near the heart of the city!

I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough, as two couples travelling together it can be difficult to find reasonable accommodation to suit all of us. This exceeded all our expectations and was the highlight of the trip! Very spacious over two levels and having multiple bathrooms was an excellent bonus. A lovely well appointed and modern feeling apartment close to the heart of the city this made sight seeing and exploring the beauty of Inverness incredibly easy. The living space is very roomy providing us all with space to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fabulous with everything we needed and more and while we didn't cook there was everything available to be able to. Not only is it a short walk from the castle but also the lively part of town with some fantastic pubs and dining places as well as a supermarket (and coffee shop!) a very short walk making this the perfect place to base yourself. The building itself was beautiful and the street was surprisingly quiet for being so close to heart of everything and has a lovely safe feel to it all as it is directly across from the river so boats lovely views and some very beautiful sunsets. I wish we were able to stay longer and I will not only be recommending this place to all my friends but will return and stay here again due to the comfort, convenience and overall feel.

Apart from the leak and smell, it was great.

Great location. Decor was nice.

There was a leak in a radiator in one of the bedrooms. The carpet was wet and there was a bad smell when you walked in and it wasn’t pleasant for my family sleeping in that room. I notified the host so hopefully it has been fixed.

Centrally located, easy to get to shops or restaurants. Everything that you need is provided in the apartment.

Could do with more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Some fixtures are sightly broken or looking tired, not a big issue though.
