The fact that there were no parking facilities as advertised, after contacting the landlord he informed us that he hadn’t renewed his parking permit application hence no parking available as advertised,we had to book alternative accommodation due to the circumstances

Stressful, scared , abandoned and below standard

Nothing at all!! Don’t use this property or hist !! The host changed the venue supposedly due to reasons out of their control. We were travelling on the road from the Craigorns and arrived at agreed check in time. It wasn’t until we attempted to enter and couldn’t. We contacted the host and informed us he had to change addresses. This after a long days driving -not knowing Inverness at all - became stressful. We told the host we’d look at it but were not completely satisfied with this arrangement. When we arrived at the 2nd address there was a construction site below and no parking as pre arranged. At this point we contacted the host again and informed them we were not prepared to accept this accommodation at all. Currently, we have put in a complaint to booking.com to receive a refund and haven’t heard as yet. Very disappointed in this host and booking.com.
