Tartan House

Pour nous l'emplacement était parfait, dans un quartier calme et agréable très proche du quartier historique de Crown village. Le studio était plaisant avec un lit confortable, un petit coin pour prendre une collation; la mini cuisine parfaite avec équipement impeccable. La salle de bain était impeccable elle aussi, bonne douche, lavabo nickel et toilettes très propres. A pied par les petits passages et les escaliers le centre d'Inverness est très proche. J'ai été malade pendant mon séjour et j'ai pu sur indication de notre hôtesse, consulter un médecin généraliste dans un centre médical tout proche ( la grippe!) et me reposer au calme du studio

Pour nous tout était bien; peut-être le seul petit défaut, la chambre donnait sur la rue mais les rideaux étaient suffisants et la rue est calme.

Our room had a separate living area overlooking Inverness Castle. The kitchenette had a microwave and kettle but no toaster. The bedroom was very comfortable but lacked a wardrobe and television which would have enhanced our stay. The property is on Adconnell Street which is close to the High Street of Inverness and requires walking up multiple flights of stairs to reach the street. A really good location to visit Inverness, comfortable for multi day stays but lacks that bit extra to make it very good to exceptional.

Wardrobe and television in the bedroom would be a nice addition. Toaster in the living room. Second floor guests reminded that access is via stairs only.

Lovely, comfortable and cosy flat in a great central location.

Just to clarify, there isn't a full kitchenette, just fridge, kettle and microwave, plus cutlery, plates, etc. This was fine for us, but just wanted to make that clear for everyone!

Tartan House is a great place to stay when visiting Inverness. It is very close to the High Street and town center, which is down Market Brae Stairs. Our host Noeli was exceptionally helpful and provide details of local activities including live shows. Our room in Tartan House was on the 2nd floor and has wonderful views across to Inverness Castle.
