We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was excellent news, the accommodations were exactly as described and our communication with Iain was beyond reproach. We felt it was perfect. lain provided wonderful snacks and beverages, which were a welcomed surprise, and answered all of our questions about the apartment and the area. We literally felt right at home and loved interacting with (and supporting) a person not a corporation.

There was nothing about the apartment itself we didn't like. If I have to identify "something," it would be the fact that getting there on foot means ascending a hill, which is typical in most Scottish towns. It's really only an issue with luggage and Iain offered an alternative to the steps (though we actually decided the steps were the best option as we discovered a fabulous restaurant and incredible bookshop).

Perfect Location. Quiet residential street. Easy walk to town for dinner. Provides permit parking pass that allows street parking. We parked in front of "townhouse". Was notified early in day lock box code. Unit was spotless with full kitchen all appliances pots pans plates silverware. All to of time and thought went into this place to make guest comfortable. Spoke with host notifying departure was Very personable as just about all Scottish People we encountered in scotland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
