Belle grande maison avec tous les équipements pour cuisiner. Lits confortables. Grandes pièces et on a l’impression d’être un résident de l’endroit dans un quartier tranquille mais en même temps tout près du centre-ville. Plafond super haut dans chaque pièces. Salles de bain en haut et au rez de chaussée spacieuses. Douches très grandes et bonne pression d’eau.
Il faut être en forme pour monter aux chambres par les 20 marches vers le premier étages. Et autre bémol, j’ai dû acheter et remplacer les piles de la télécommande parce que je n’ai jamais eu de réponses de l’hôte en envoyant des emails. Il y a avait bien un numéro d’urgence mais on s’entend que ce n’était pas vraiment urgent.

Our host Baiba was fantastic. Great communication and so helpful.
The house is wonderful. Great central but quiet location (5 minutes walk from the city centre) and there is a parking pass provided so you can park outside the house. Clear instructions about everything ie bins, parking, keys etc.
The house itself is really excellent. Lovely bathrooms (3!) comfortable beds, (we all slept well) and a well equipped kitchen (everything you could think of for cooking and entertaining). Lovely garden with good quality outdoor furniture. A warm and welcoming property with lovely decor and pictures which makes it feel more like a family home than an impersonal holiday let. We loved it and would happily return anytime.
PS The views over the city from the 2nd floor bedroom are fab. The staircases are quite steep but my mum (76) and I (I have MS) managed fine and we would both go back. Fantastic house and great host.
