Springbank holiday home was a great place to stay while visiting Inverness and surrounds

The location was great, close to the town centre. The home was well appointed and had rooms for all guests with comfy beds. There was everything we wanted. Having a toilet downstairs was also a bonus. Communication was clear and concise

The narrow ally way to park the car was tricky, but manageable. No other negative comments, and the alley isn't negative, just something to be aware of if you are driving with a larger vehicle.

Nice Property and good value for Money.

The property was nice and well furnished. Aldi is just behind the property which is very convenient and just a few walk away by the river. Overall, it was a nice short stay.

Could do with a coat hanger by the hallway or in the living room.

Additional pillows would be good, renewing some of the pans etc as very shabby, not enough chopping knives, wooden chopping board not hygienic and worktop savers well past their best, walls patched but not painted over, worktop in kitchen damaged, no window coverings in kitchen or bathroom. Needs a bit of TLC. Definitely not the 4 star standard it has on booking.com

A nice large house for a large group (up to 6-8)

Spacious house, more than enough room for our group of 6 seniors. Parking directly in front of the house (on the street). Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, magnetron, coffee machine, water cooker etc.).

A Map with information about the house, device/equipment in the house etc. but also about the city or neighbourhood (e.g. supermarket) could be useful.

Property was very close to the city center. Very comfortable for 6 people.

We noticed that the internet showed connected however we could not access anything on the web. We reached out to the owner & after trying to reboot the server, he decided to contact the internet provider. We couldn’t use the tv or our devices but understood that these things happen. We received a message the next morning that it should be working. We confirmed it was now working. That is the only issue we had & the owner was very responsive.

Great property and location

Big kitchen and dining room. 3 large and clean bedrooms. Location a short walk from the centre and castle. There is parking in the next street off the properties street which is free. Nice quiet area.

I stay here every year when I pass thru town. At firs it was perfect but now you can see that it is not mentained anymore. The mattress is horrible, if you stay close to the bed's edge you risk falling out of the bed. The front door is quite damaged. There is a old persistent smell in the house. Time is leaving his mark on the house and it is worst every year. All can be resolved with some minor investments. It is too bad that they are not done.

Alojamiento súper acogedor y bastante grande. Lugar muy tranquilo y bien ubicado (tenían cerca un supermercado Aldi). Habitaciones confortables, ideal para grupos y con cocina muy bien equipada. Sin duda, mucha tranquilidad y comodidad.

Nos gustó todo en general, excepto los grifos del lavamanos, que solo podías poner o agua caliente o muy fría. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
