Location is good. ALDI is just a few minutes walk.
Limited number of toilets. A single shower and just 2 WCs for 6 adults is not enough. Toilet on ground floor urgently needs a locking bolt.

Beautiful rooms. Well kept and appointed. Quiet location but very near supermarket.

Close to the river and city centre. Clean. Comfy beds. Plenty of space.
Not very cosy. No rugs or pictures on the walls really. Feels a bit stark!

Good location, warm on arrival, dishwasher
Additional pillows would be good, renewing some of the pans etc as very shabby, not enough chopping knives, wooden chopping board not hygienic and worktop savers well past their best, walls patched but not painted over, worktop in kitchen damaged, no window coverings in kitchen or bathroom. Needs a bit of TLC. Definitely not the 4 star standard it has on booking.com
