No bath mats for thd bathroom floor and shower door in thd main bathroom didn't shut properly also as we had a child with us very noisy when we were in bed great place for just a couple 👍

I would never go back. EVER. It cant be advertised as a holiday apartment.
It was easy to find the collection address, I wasn't aware I would have to go up two flights of stairs to get the key though.
The Keys didn't work in the door, so I had to phone for someone to come let me in the building., I had a ten minute wait, city centre, a lone woman in a strange place, after 10pm at night. The man tried to show me how to wiggle the key, but I still could not get it to work. I finally got up (3 floors) to my room. Was expecting an apartment with kitchen. Got a tight double room with en suit. The kettle didn't fit in the sink (to put water in it), the floor was all marked and dusty. The shower was so slippery underfoot, I actually slipped getting in. The wifi didn't show up never mind connect. The wifi for the Coop on the ground floor did show up but I obviously couldn't connect to it. The tv is exactly the same as I have at home, but I couldn't connect it to the wifi for Netflix. So, was sat, watching nothing of any interest. Sleep didn't happen because of the noise from the mattress! The mattress was so hard and must have had lots of metal springs in it because it rattled and creaked loudly, every time I tried to move. The mattress wasn't soft. It was nearly solid, I would have been comfier sleeping on the floor. The noise from the bar across the street was totally unacceptable. Double glazing was in the room but didn't do anything at all. When the bar finally closed, a lorry decided to park right outside , and sat there revving the engine for literally hours, until 6.30 am. Ear plugs were provided but of absolutely no use at all. I gave up trying to sleep. No sleep was had at all. I decided to have a cuppa, but once I worked out how to get water in the kettle, I realised there was no sugar, so I didn't manage to have a cuppa either because I can't take tea without sugar. I couldn't get it from the coop because I couldn't use my key to get back in the building, so I couldn't go out. My daughter in law came to collect me in the morning as soon as she got my message.

It was close to city center
The place was dirty, we had no internet, the fire alarm started in the middle of the night because somebody from another room took a shower with the bathroom's door opened and the the smoke detector was too sensitive and no warning sign about that.

Just Okay
Our stay was short notice over the Christmas period, the apartment was large and had basic facilities they are a little run down and not very clean. The beds were not very comfortable and it was noisy at night with the bars and clubs below.
The price was reasonable given they are not well maintained and served the purpose we needed. We read some reviews and were very put off. Definitely in need of a refurbishment and deep clean. Lots to do around the area and good amount of space.

- bin in bedroom bathroom was full - including hair
- rubbish in one bedroom
- frying pan was very dirty
- TV didn't work, WIFI didn't work.
- no microwave
- living room table light didn't work
- curtain pulleys in living and bedroom detached from wall

Staff are hard to come by I know as a bisness owner . But some are not suited to front of house.
U have to walk round to other establishments for keys to ur u it stay.
Who’s is short walk but confronted with the cleaner from St Trinians . Yikes 😧.
The u it itself is good . And clean enough . Bed mattress too soft . But clean . The other single beds I took mattress to Jame window . With defen sound from pup opposite. Till 1 pm . And street chatter .

Noisy
What I liked the most was the location, and the space is suitable for two people
The apartments are located in front of several pubs where there are concerts every night.
The pubs are not soundproofed, and neither are the apartment windows, and there is no thermal insulation either.
As a result, we found ourselves unable to sleep because it literally felt like we were inside the bar.
In the same way, you can hear any noise from the street, such as construction work starting at 7 a.m., or the neighbors in the apartments with their radio on.
I would not recommend these apartments if you are looking to get some rest.

Met the need for a short stop off in the city centre. Staff were nice.
Location perfect. The staff were very nice and helpful.
It met our needs, very close to the station which was great. Might be too noisy for some as close to a karaoke bar but earplugs provided! Cars cannot park outside as the street is one way and only taxis and buses can enter so might be tricky if you have a lot of luggage.

It's spacious and the location is good, or it would be if there wasn't a karaoke bar just across the street.

The kind gentleman on reception who gave me the keys said I could keep my bicycle in the apartment. I don't think he'd reckoned on 3 flights of stairs so I left it in the foyer which was fine.

Location was very good. The room and toilet / shower room was clean and bright.
There was an information book in the room advising that there were washing machines but we could not find them. There was a kettle but only 2 tea bags and no coffee for our 3 night stay The bed was very uncomfortable as the springs in the mattress must have been either broken or very old. The mattress was uneven and creaked and cracked every time we sat on the bed and also went to bed. So we did not get a restful full nights sleep.

Location is ideal for being close to good restaurants and shops.
We got given a lesser room than what I booked by the reception and then were disturbed at 10:45pm to change to our correct room as the family who were meant to be in the room we were given had arrived to check in, during this the manager was quite rude and unapologetic. So not only did we spend our evening in a disappointing apartment we were then made to move to what was actually quite a nice apartment but by the time we did that we just went to bed and had to check out in the morning.

The Location
The pilows disgustingly dirty, smelly and the cover pilows full of hairs and dirty as well, the mattress as well disgusting old full of stains absolutely horrific 😢. I couldn't sleep all night my body was sinking in the old mattress, very hot, no air-conditioning, the window doesn't have privacy curtains the customers in the front just watch us so we couldn't cool of with the window open eather, the bathroom hasn't any shampoo or air filtering, the host lyed to us about the parking given us an address that didn't took us to any parking so we had to search ourselves...the room was absolutely boring and no WIFI whatsoever as advertised ...all night was incredible hot 🥵 couldn't open the huge window as we were on display, the instant coffee was the worse quality and only 5 milk pods, we couldn't fill up the kettle as the bathroom sink was very small, the sachets were extremely slow bearly charged the phones half way from the evening to the morning very slow sachets, the TV wasn't smart ofcourse few boring channels I mention again NO WIFI the shower was liking everywhere there was only 2 big towels and 1 tiny one for 2 people. Ya overall NO STARS very disappointing, the stay was painful an unforgettable miserable 1 night and 2 days in Inverness a pure nightmare , no pictures as we had to rush out to empty the room at 10:00

Bathroom: beyond disgusting. While I showered the sink brewed poo, which stank the room. All throughout the shower it bubbled the sink with the drain pipes. After seeing that I didn’t even wanted to brush my teeth.

The closeness of apartments - you could hear the neighbour using the toilet. The doors were heavy to move going into the room. The hallways were ‘tired’ looking.

Disgusted and disappointed considering how much I payed.
It was centrally located within the city, had a kitchenette with pots and pans. I was able to book last min.
DIRTY. It was disgustingly dirty. Mold!, broken glass, mold and stains on bed sheets, broken furniture. Alarms were going off my entire stay. Other tenants left the main door open. TV remote had batteries but they were literally chewed up. WiFi was spotty and barely worked most of my stay.

Don't stay here
We had to collect keys from a different property, receptionist was unhelpful and rude. Entrance and stairs to accomodation were filthy, vomit & excrement all over bag at door. Room was dirty, bed looked broken and bathroom had not been cleaned. We asked for money back and did not stay, handed key back and am still waiting on a refund. :-(
