The location was right in the centre of the town with access to most amenities within 250m.
My uncle was not happy about the stairs to get up. (Only one floor but he has mobility problems.) The extractor fan next door was very noisy and running 24h. The lack of a separate lounge was unexpected.

Once inside it was very clean and well appointed with a small kitchen.

More than one flight of stairs and the staircase was very dirty and uninviting

good size apartment
couldn't initially operate WiFi as code given wqs wrong
difficult and many stairs
not a pleasant stairwell
noisy due to clubs/pubs across the street
