Location, apartment itself is spacious and well appointed

Most important issue: Communication—did not answer messages in a timely fashion in general, did not provide check in information the day before as expected. I had to call on the day of check in while on the train, only a few hours before check in, and was told that apartment had to be changed. These last minute communications and changes added much stress to my travel. Secondary issue: The substitute flat is on the second floor but does not have lift while the original one does. Host did not tell me about that when making the switch. Almost impossible to lug the large suitcases by myself without help

View was nice and pleasant stay

The location was near the restaurant we had reservations for that evening.

We had originally reserved another apartment, but found out upon arrival it was undergoing maintenance. We walked in the new apartment. The location was good. It wasn’t ready. When we finally checked in we found there was only 1 bedroom and a bed in the living area. I was forced to share a bed with my adult son. This was awkward. The bathroom was also a problem. When turned on, the fan/ light made an awful squealing din. We all used the bathroom in the dark and no one showered. We were glad to check out the next day.
