Location was ideal for a visit to Inverness
Initial check in instructions and contact information were dated/incorrect requiring some additional research and work to contact owner and get updated access code to building and parking. I believe my original booking was so long ago (last year) that the updated access code information was simply overlooked. Readily corrected and everything was pleasant afterwards.

Absolutely perfect! Ideal location, very clean and comfortable!
No direct access from car part to lifts for wheelchair users but you can go out of the car park and round the building to the main entrance.

Great Location and very spacious. Entry instructions were clear.
Cleanliness was poor. Needs a proper deep clean. We found marks on the towels, strange clothing in the beside cabinet draw. Hairs in the sink. It was like the apartment had a very quick clean before we arrived. Also balcony had only one chair to sit on and the view was pretty bleak. Looking at scaffolding workmen and rooftops. The check out time of 10am with no place to leave luggage would prevent me from rebooking. When I asked about this was told I could leave the luggage in a carport !
