Fairly enjoyable stay. A few issues as mentioned, but overall a nice apartment in a great location.

Great, central location, close to shops, restaurants etc. Property was spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. Very cosy and warm. Good sized fridge and dishwasher a bonus.

The sofa was not that comfortable and more cushions would have been good. Mattress was a bit hard. Not that comfortable. Some of the blinds in living room a bit sad/broken. TV remote stopped working and had to go out and buy batteries for it.

Great location and charge was value for money. Property well equipped, clean and tidy. Good response from property manager. Excellent Shower with plenty of hot water.

Main complaint was bed was very uncomfortable, old and tired mattress. Noise from lift at night was irritating. Extended License at nearby Pub/Club meant loud music until 3am on Saturday Night/Sunday Morning

Great place to stay

Centrally located. Easy access from bus station. Clear instructions about how to enter the building and access keys to the flat. Bonus having 2 bathrooms. Good free Wi-Fi. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it was well equipped with everything you would need.

In the middle of town so convenient for all amenities and attractions. Spacious apartment with own garage and parking space. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately didn’t have a river view so a bit of a bleak outlook. Hot water ran out in middle of my granddaughters shower. Could hear the lift going up in down which woke us up.

A wonderful space to hang out and take in the sights of beautiful Inverness .

The location was excellent Close to everything . T We had a spacious 2 bedroom /2 bath apt on the 4 floor with a small view of the river Ness . Very basic nothing fancy but very comfortably .

They did not supply any shower or bath soap . Some of the heaters including bath towel heater were not working . Was not a big deal as it was warm outside . But would have been nice to hang our clothes after we used the washer that was very convenient.

We really enjoyed being in such a central location. The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable and having the parking space was a much appreciated bonus.

The view is compromised with some unsightly buildings and the decor felt quite dated.

Great location…but

Loved that it was right in the centre of town. Everything was a short walk. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Had its own car space so a big plus.

Wooden flooring hasn’t been maintained and is looking weathered and in need of some tlc. Kitchen drawers had some debris which should’ve been dealt with by cleaning staff. Flooring was definitely not as clean as it should be for a new entry. Had noted some previous remarks about blown lights - still not replaced.

The washing machine didn’t work to full capacity and I picked the apartment for a fully working machine. The mattress was broken….. one side was totally caved in with springs sticking out. The shower head didn’t supply efficient hot water compared to the sinks.

Great place . . . Once you find a way to park and enter apartment

Apartment was great once we got in. Central location, we furnished and spacious.

Very poor instruction on getting in. Agent did not use email or text. We had to call. Fortunately they answered first call. Never reached them the 2nd time. Instructions for finding parking were so poor we had to ask the hotel next door. Fortunately a nice staff member from the hotel showed use where the car park entry was . . . Next to their hotel. Similarly location of key to apartment was poorly described. Key was in an unlocked mail box. Once we figured that out, we were able to find key lockbox inside the mail box. Please make time to create a pdf or email with clear access instructions

Location, roominess in the apartment, secure parking

The apartment was tired and in need of a lot of attention. Crockery and cutlery was all mismatched, furniture worn and damaged (no placemats to protect table and coffee tops), sofa and chair were old and worn and sofa was dirty (we needed to Hoover dirt off it!), mattress was shocking with broken springs, exhaust fan in bathroom and extra toilet didn’t work, clothes dryer didn’t work, light globes were blown in the bathroom. Many of these issues have been raised in other reviews (which we sadly did not read before we went!). The only way to let air into the apartment was to wedge a chair in the door to the balcony and the window in the bedroom wouldn’t stay open. Also, don’t expect a view onto the river like the photo, it looks out onto the roof of a building next door, and you can hear noise from the local pub/nightclub until the early hours. We don’t understand how anyone could give this apartment 5 stars!

Great Location, Good kitchen facilities. I would stay here again very easily

Once we reached the owner, all was good and she was very easy to deal with. We were even allowed to leave our big bags in the building while we went on a 3 day tour. This is a fabulous location on the river and in walking distance to many areas of interest and restaurants

The bath water was hot but not the shower. i had not received any messages about how to get into the property. we arrived late and we got quite concerned that we were not going to be able to access the property.

Car park under the building, code entry. Easy to find, simple to use, small parking spaces (same as everywhere else). Door leading from car park to building, lifts in basement. Picked up keys on ground floor from the lock box. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Looks great in the photos but it is a lot bigger than it looks. Very comfortable beds. We only found the welcome pack on the Sunday, after my partner had indulged in a very long shower and used almost all the hot water, we had also been doing dishes as we went along. The welcome pack states that the hot water tank is not the biggest and takes a while to heat up, so we shall know for next time or I will just leave my incredibly dirty partner at home.

Should have had a dryer but she chose to not replace or fix . Fine tune cleaning . Communication bad

False advertisement . The owner left note in both our apartment saying dryer cannot be used. I sent a few messages to her after arrival and she never got back to us once entering apartment. Had issues with no sponge on ironing board so impossible to iron on metal made marks on my clothes due to this. Don’t advertise dryer if you don’t wish to replace or fix. Some cleaning issues also .

lovely apartment really clean but a very poor view. location was spot on ideal for the shops going for meals and riverside walks. afraid the bed was terrible never slept a wink we were shattered after the second night it was that bad we left one day early. parking was great i felt the car was really safe and secure

bed was really uncomfortable could not sleep, the seat part of the couch sloped back the way so once we sat down we had problems getting back up. were both pensioners and this caused back and knee pains. getting out of bath was a bit concerning nearly set my neck because i slid on the floor

Had a good stay at the apartment and would certainly stay again

The apartment was really nice. It was clean and comfortable, from the kitchen to beds and shower, everything was great. The location is great right in the city centre and 10 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations. Although I didn’t meet the host, communication with them about getting the keys was good. I would certainly stay again.

The only issue I had at the time was that the lift button in the ground floor foyer of the apartment was missing/ not working. To call the lift to the ground floor you either had walk up to the 1st floor or down to the basement. Also the was no sign or notice to tell you this, just an empty hole where the call button should have been. Other than that issue there is nothing else that I was unhappy about.
