It was clean and comfortable. The owner came and fixed a low battery the same day that we reported it. My favorite part about this place is the location. Everything is just a short walk from the front door.
There was a clothes washer but no drier. I'm just not use to hang drying my close. It can get a little noisy at night being in the location it is, but not a big deal at all. Everyone seemed to sleep great.
