MacIver City Apartments Farraline Court

Appartamento molto grande ed ideale per comitive di 5/6 persone, ci sono 3 letti matrimoniali in totale e due bagni, oltre ad una cucina ed un soggiorno con divani, tavolo e TV. Ci siamo trovati bene, è centralissimo veramente a 30 secondi a piedi dalla stazione dei bus e a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro città. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato all'arrivo, abbiamo trovato il portone che da sulla strada chiuso e se si suon al condominio nessuno apre la porta (il proprietario non abita lì). Per fortuna dopo 10 minuti di attesa è sceso un ragazzo che abitava dentro e ci ha aperto.... L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano ma il condominio è dotato di ascensore...

Great location near attractions, services, and restaurants. Host was out of town, but promptly replied to messages and gave recommendations for local entertainment, food, etc. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, dining/living room furniture was first rate. Well-stocked kitchen with large refrigerator. Overall I think it was good value for the price.

We only were given one fob/key, which made coordination harder than it needed to be. For instance, when my wife and I were out at a pub and she wanted to go home to sleep before I did I had to go home with her and let her in then return, otherwise I'd have had to wake her up to let me in. Kitchen ventilation was inadequate for oven use and got very hot and smoky when I made broiled steak. Fine for simple breakfast/reheating but for serious cooking it falls short. The washing machine was very loud and appears to need servicing. Darker blinds would be good as it gets light very early in the summer
