Cosy home that needs a little more TLC.

Easy to locate. Cosy for a group of 5 people. Each room had a double bed. Toilet available on each floor. Tourist leaflet were available. Plenty of tableware available. Wi-Fi was easily accessed. TV movies were great.

Unclear instructions given on car park, TV usage and thermostat. A few kitchen appliance/accesories were not cleaned properly (panini toaster, BBQ accessories). Some bins had no linings, had to purchase our own. Towels provided left lint after usage. No proper towel hangers too, we had to hang them on toilet door knob. Kitchen door to outdoor was difficult to unlock/lock. Some window locks look insecure/does not seem to latch properly. Water from shower heater easily become cold if the tap was switched off. Oven buttons had wear and tear, took a while to figure out what each were. Food present in fridge looked a bit iffy. Mirrors are too high for 165cm tall person.

Cute cottage with a wonderful host!

Jennifer was a wonderful host and left us fresh groceries, which really helped with breakfast the next morning! There were ample sleeping arrangements that helped fit our large extended family of 7. The washer and dryer on site was very convenient, since we were on a 3-week trip. When we had a TV issue, she quickly responded and fixed it. All that you could hope for in a host!

The location is a little bit of a hike to restaurants. It would work for very mobile travelers, but it meant driving every night, searching for a parking spot for us, because we were with my elderly parents.

Good place to stay

Downstairs rooms all a good size, handy for 8 people to stay in, beds were comfy but the sloping ceilings upstairs could be an issue for some people. WiFi was great. We managed to get all 3 cars to park just outside. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. There was a little swing outside so nice for anyone with children. Could walk into the centre and find lots of places to eat. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all great.

Long sofa wasn’t very comfy, not quite big enough for everyone to sit on and watch TV.

This property had welcomed us with some necessities and also some treats! They also had a bbq available for us. That is something we really needed. It was perfectly located near the centre.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage but it could do with a bit of maintenance.

We liked the location. It was easy to get into Inverness town centre. The hosts were helpful and prompt to respond when we had problems with the tv.

The dishes and kitchenware were in need of replacing. Lots of dishes were chipped and one plate had a big crack on it. There were not enough glasses for juice. We ended up using coffee mugs. The shower in the en suite was disappointing. Poor water pressure and both the dials were broken so it could not be adjusted. The double bedroom had no mirror which was a bit disappointing.

Spacious and Comfortable Accommodation in City center.

Bathroom was clean and tidy. Many food items was provided by Alan which usually other host dosent provides, thankful to him. Rooms are very spacious. Would like to stay at this place again if future visit.

Central Heater stopped at early morning and we couldn't able to start it again but it's not really required at that time.
