A good location.

No windows in the bedroom, room was extremely cold and a shared bathroom with a half working toilet.

Great value stay only a few minutes walk from the town centre

Large and comfy room, warm and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

No kettle in the room, though this is only a minor niggle. The communal kitchen was great!

Short very pleasant walk to Inverness centre, no parking but some spaces a street away or 10 mins walk to multi story, if your prepared and brought vitals there’s an excellent kitchen/seating option downstairs/outside, price was good. Very nice helpful house keeping member.

Some rooms not en-suite, ours was but very noisy macerator when toilet was used, no USB socket, no kettle in room (but excellent facility’s 1 floor down) one side of bed tight to wall so no place to put phone, book, water etc Garden and entrance area need some attention.

Location Price

Small room Dirty place Not maintained, leaking water, wet walls (mold), bad smell. Shower not controlled (temperature and stream). Noisy water system and sewer (pump bases). No real response to my complaint.

We loved the location. It was 10 - 12 min to the city centre. The property isn’t in inverness but it’s next to inverness and you can safely and easily go to town centre of inverness

Room 5 we booked was a big disappointment. There was mould in the bathroom in a few places and on the window frame. Various places on the way were painted over to cover up. The bed frame was broken and the the carpet and bedsheets have not been changed since absolute donkeys. We asked the owner to be moved to a different room which we did and the room was a completely different standard. That room came with a bathroom in the hall- it was clean and nice and private. However, it was outside the bedroom, next to it with a code to enter. I informed the owner I suffer from asthma and cannot be near mould.

Verblijf valt erg tegen

Code was van tevoren verstuurd en helder. Verblijf is dichtbij het centrum. In de gedeelde kamer en keuken is er een koelkast en kun je een kop thee zetten.

De kamer was heel erg beschimmeld en rook naar schimmel, vooral rond de badkamer die er in onze kamer was. De douche lekte heel erg waardoor de kamer vochtig bleef en stonk. Het voelde niet fris en kan niet hoe beschimmeld het is qua hygiëne en gezondheid. De douche is moeilijk af te stellen en of heel heet (soms ook ineens tijdens het douchen gevaarlijk heet) of heel koud. De spiegel in de badkamer is van de muur af gekomen. De wc maakt een hard geluid, soms ook in de nacht waardoor je wakker wordt. Het bed is zo zacht en ligt door, waardoor je er zeker met twee personen bijna niet normaal op kunt liggen.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es gab eine große und sehr saubere Gemeinschaftsküche mit Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine Couch mit TV, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Der Check-in und Check-out war super einfach und unkompliziert. Wir konnten unser Gepäck auch vor dem eigentlichen Check-In abstellen.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Dachfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, sodass es nachts leider super warm und stickig war. Das Bad war zwar sehr sauber, aber die Toilettenspülung hat manchmal nicht richtig funktioniert und der Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr schwach.
