Needed a nice place to stay for one night, as travelled up from Plymouth on the Saturday, wouldn't be in till late due to travelling times, so just wanted a reasonably priced accommodation in order to get our heads down for a few hours and to start the day, before travelling back, with a refreshing shower, etc.
We didn't realise, that if you want breakfast, this needs to be ordered by 8pm, the night before...unfortunately, we didn't get till late and it was only the next morning, after we sat in the dining area, with no one around, so we headed back up to our room, that we discovered the pre order breakfast system, it was too late by then, so we went without.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Visitors should be aware that "private bathroom" does not mean ensuite bathroom...the bathroom is down the hall and shared with other guests. Also, the room was so tiny ... narrow single bed, not even room for a bedside table or lamp.
