Perfect for a long or short stay. Very clean and tidy and the perfect host.

Close to the centre and easy to find. The host was lovely and helpful. Our room was warm and cosy, Nice and clean with en-suite facilities. Great shower and clean. Nice to have a tv for the evening that worked and also access to some Netflix movies and programmes. Overall our first impressions were great and we enjoyed our overnight stay. We opted to have the breakfast in the morning and for £10 each it was a bargain with plenty to eat and nicely cooked with tea coffee and fresh orange. I would recommend this place to stay or stop over.

Terrible place/owner

Room had not been cleaned, and the offered replacement room did not have ensuite, although owner argued (shouted!) that it was ensuite (bathroom off shared corridor). No heating was on so the whole building was freezing cold. We agreed on a full refund and we stayed elsewhere. Even after the refund was agreed the owner was still shouting at us over the phone and we eventually hung up. Would not even contemplate booking there again.

Was comfortable enough for one night - location was good and was free parking outside.

We had the downstairs room which meant light was pretty limited and had a lot of plumbing noise and dripping from the upstairs rooms. Bathroom was across the hall and said to be private, but there was another room at the end that was occupied so was hard to be sure.

I won’t be back & wouldn’t recommend!

The location was good

No staff on premises to check you in. All done via a camera on doorbell. The person who I spoke to on camera told me to go to a room which turned out to be a single when I had booked & double with private bathroom. However, I eventually got it sorted. But room was very basic, tired & extension leads plugged into other extension leads everywhere. Not very welcoming or safe!

Impressed with the property for the price paid.

Prompt replies from the staff. The fact that the property has a bike storage shed, secure. Although not ensuite I like that a bathrobe was provided and I had a private bathroom. Also some cutlery and crockery was provided. Bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and good location

We had a car and could park in the street. Our room was on the ground floor and easy to access. It was comfortable and quiet. Location was great as we could walk into town and with an Aldi at the end of the street we could easily grab any supplies.

Great for a short stay nearby the centre

Great location, just a few minutes walk from a big supermarket, and could easily reach the city centre. The room was clean and had all the necessary - kettle, microwave, mini fridge, some bath robes and extra towels.

There was some noise coming from the walls - probably the pipes. The bathroom was private, but not en-suite, had to go out of the room to use it. Slightly inconvenient but not a big deal!

The property was very clean and comfortable. I had to arrive after their check in hours, and they sent me information for self check-in, which worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, and they were very accommodating when I got my dates confused - provided breakfast on a different date from what I had originally requested.

The location. It is in a residential area across the river from the commercial area and is a 15 minute walk from ...well...anything. No coffee shops, restaurants or grocery stores nearby.

Single room is small with separate private bathroom. But its well equipped with a fridge, microwave and a set of crockery so you can heat up your own meals. Clean and comfortable with enough space unless you are very tall. I liked that a bath robe was provided to cross the hall to the private bathroom Free parking and a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars

VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED INDEED

No breakfast as starting out early every day. It's around 15 min walk but very pleasant to walk over or alongside the River Ness. Aldi is 3 min walk away. The room was spotless and tended to every day. Didn't expect to find a white fluffy dressing gown provided ! WIFI was good and kettle, fridge and microwave much appreciated after each very long day travelling 300 miles by train or coach further north. Really can't fault the place
