This hotel is located in a neighborhood with easy parking and within walking distance to services. We were in the smallest of the rooms, which was comfortable to for 2 people for a 1 night stay. The staff was friendly and communicative. Entry was easy. We did carry luggage up stairs, and in the room was a refrigerator and drinks station which was convenient. The bed is comfortable, the room clean and temperature was moderated well. I would stay here again.

We particularly liked the fridge and microwave in our room giving us freedom to create our own breakfast after too many large meals in the previous week.
The Villa is a bit old fashioned but our room was nicely decorated and furnished and immaculately clean
Tay Villa is a bit further from the station than we ideally would have liked but this was only a minor issue

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Visitors should be aware that "private bathroom" does not mean ensuite bathroom...the bathroom is down the hall and shared with other guests. Also, the room was so tiny ... narrow single bed, not even room for a bedside table or lamp.
