A perfect home for a family with stylish interiors and cosy furnishings. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was warm on arrival which was lovely! The carpets were soft, the beds super comfortable and the interiors and furnishings all added to the cosy atmosphere. It was such a lovely house to stay in, so many tasteful little touches which made you feel like you were staying in a welcoming home rather than a rental property.

Lovely property, felt like a privilege to stay there.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped, it felt like a treat to be able to call it our home away from home for a few days.

Nothing really, there is some traffic noise from the main road at the end of the garden but it was worth it for the great city centre location. Also not the cheapest accommodation in Inverness but very spacious and worth the price.

We loved this property. Everything we could have asked was provided, plus a surprise chocolate cake! Thank you! The place was very clean, and very pretty. The location was within walking distance of downtown. Parking was easy and convenient.

Lovely place for 1-2 (short) people

very clean and well kept place

We were given a wrong entry code for the door, which started us off in the wrong foot. other than we had a good stay. but two issues we had were: (1) for the three bedrooms, there was only one toilet. and (2) the head height above the staircase is no more than 4 feet at the mid-landing. we bumped our heads many, many times!

Great spot for a group of three to five

The house is just as cute in person as in photos - very well laid out, really nicely decorated, and has everything we needed. Highly recommend

Delightful, cozy and modern cottage, very nice!

The place was immaculate, recently updated with careful consideration and love! We have stayed in 6 vacation rentals on our UK trip and this was by far the best one! Easy to walk over the river to shopping and restaurants.

It would have been better if we had more time to stay, ha! That said, my husband is 6’ 2” and had to mind his head on the stairs and around the bathroom.

Stay at Wells Cottage in Inverness

The house was very clean and well equipped. Easy walking distance to central Inverness. Parking on street was very easy.

Very limited kindling and only 3 logs for the log burner, I did not feel that was sufficient for a fire in the evening.....

great location and good for a small group(no more than 3)

close location to city center, train station, restaurants. nice big kitchen, comfortable bedding and pillows. Rollaway heater upstairs kept it warm. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided for a nice cup of tea when we arrived…ability to run a wash and get clean clothes was great. Rain shower is very nice, and ample hot water.

downstairs heating did not work, and we were not interested in using the log fire. Small updates will go a long way in the apartment- update the lighting fixtures (currently very rudimentary), paint over wall scuff marks going up the stairs or chipped paint mark in the purple room; update the staircase carpeting? additionally adding a 2nd lock on the 2nd door would bring extra peace of mind to non native Scottish travelers.

Only one bathroom for three bedrooms (up to 5 people) and bathroom is located on first floor while bedrooms are upstairs. Bathroom door also does not close fully. Spotty/unreliable wifi.

A cute and very comfortable place to stay not far from the center of town. There is a supermarket nearby, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated with all the necessary amenities.

It was a nice place, almost everything I need there. The living is so great, especially the fireplace which is wonderful. The kitchen was awesome! I really recommend it.

Inverness weekend escape

The location was ideal, very central! The open space living room connected with the kitchen was great, very spacious! Well equipped with all the utensils. It's also great that the cottage owners accepts dogs and there's a private, secure garden at the back with some grass area. Lovely place overall!

The bedrooms are quite small, the celling is pretty low, so much so my husband who's over 1.9m tall was nearly touching them with his head (and similar problem with the beds being quite small but manageable for tall people ;) ). Apart from that all was perfect.
