Bellfield Corner is a recently refurbished comfortable semi-detached house that overlooks the river Ness.The house is within 10 minutes walk of the Town House, with Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Castle and city centre also easily walkable. Directly across from the house you can walk/relax in the beautiful Ness Islands. Bellfield Park with its gardens, play area and tennis courts is a stone's throw away.
The house is situated within a large garden with an enclosed patio area that has garden furniture. The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms: 1 large double with en suite shower and toilet, 1 with twin beds and 1 single all upstairs. Downstairs there is a family bathroom, sitting/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar. 1 well behaved dog is welcome and the Ness Islands are ideal for dog walks. There is off-street parking in front of the garage which is also available for guests' use. There is further on-street parking.
Facilities include gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, large electric oven and hob, smart HD TV with freeview and DVD and WiFi is available. There is a selection of books, games and DVDs for guests' use.
Heating, hot water, linen and towels included in rent. There is a z bed available if wished

Attended an event at the leisure center and this was great for mid distance between the city center and the facility. Beautiful walk along the river paths. 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive with timely contact.

Great location right on the river Ness with a nice park right across from the flat, and it's close to the city center. Very spacious and clean. The flat has it's own parking spot too. Shona was an excellent host with quick response times.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Shona came by to make sure all was good and give us a quick tour - even went out of her way to look up bus information for me. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Had everything we needed. The location is fantastic! We walked to Town Center in 15 minutes and enjoyed walking the beautiful trails along the river. It was the perfect place for us.

Shona and Ian are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they think of every little detail including leaving a welcoming carton of milk, teabags and even biscuits. We requested a later check out and they were happy to oblige. The location of the house is fantastic being within walking distance of downtown Inverness and on the banks of the gorgeous River Ness. If you are staying in Inverness then there is only one place to stay and that is Shona and Ian's house.

Our stay at this very nice property was excellent. Shona was a fantastic host who maintained communication before and throughout our stay. She made sure that we knew where all of the information books were located and these included instructions for every possible thing we needed to know. The property itself was located in a beautiful neighborhood right by the River Ness. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to the city center. She even had parking available for our rented vehicle. The outdoor space was so nice to have as well. All amenities were provided and the house was very clean. Thank you Shona and Ian for a wonderful stay in Inverness!

This was an excellent place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. The home is very clean! This property is walking distance to the city center and has all the amenities that you need. We will be staying here agian when we come back to Scotland.

Shona sent exact directions so we would not get lost with the map apps and we had no problem finding the house. It was easy to get get in. We had tea, coffee, milk and biscuits waiting for us- a great surprise, and Tesco and other grocery stores are close by. It was an easy walk downtown and the park and walking path were right across the street along the river. Bike rentals were also across the street but we did not end using them. Shona stopped by in the morning to introduce herself. She picked up a lightbulb the lamp for my sister in law that day and was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Shona has a keen eye for detail and makes sure that everything you might need is available. From tea, coffee, milk in the fridge up to a flashlight in each nightstand (not that we needed one ;-) Last but not least, everthing was spotless! Also the view of the river is great. Inverness is nice for hiking, cycling and shopping (daughters were very happy with the charity shops). We found a very nice bakery and the food court is good for (a vegan) lunch. We certainly recommend staying here.

Extremely impressed with this property. Beautiful house with everything from a hoover to air dryer for clothes. It really was a home from home. There is an extensive welcome pack, and a box folder with numerous pamflets, leaflets and other information about places to go. The bonus was the pack of maps under the tv which you can take a copy of, showing Inverness and Loch Ness. An extremely useful and thoughtful item. Only a 5 min walk to the town, along the stunning River Ness which the house overlooks. I really cannot thank Shona enough for our stay, it made Inverness a wonderful holiday experience for us all. I would definitely recommend this property and genuinely rate this as a 5* property, you won't be dissapointed. I will absolutely be booking here if we venture up to Inverness again!

This was a beautiful comfy home from home! It had everything including a wonderful river side view. We had an on suite shower and toilet. There was on site parking which is everything in a city. The area was quiet. The walk along the river into the city took 15 mins tops and it was a stunning walk. The hosts shona and ian were so friendly and helpful. It really was a wonderful stay. Perfect for travelling further in the highlands. Will definitely be back.

A great location from which to visit the highlands. We enjoyed amazing walks in Glenn Affric and the Cairngorms, and toured the Black Isle, Loch Ness and even ventured as far as Skye. The property is close enough to the town to walk in and use all the amenities, but in a great position overlooking the Ness river to feel secluded. Shona popped in to check everything was ok, and kept us informed via messages from booking through to check out.

We arrived to find the house warm and welcoming. Goodies had been left for us and a pint of milk for a quick cuppa. Very well stocked for a long stay. Lots of information in the folder under the TV which we used for the oven as it didn't want to heat our tea. The owner even popped by just to make sure all was well. Lovely situation just on the banks of the River Ness. Lots of time spent watching all the dog walkers go past. Lovely at night with the reflections in the water. Would certainly recommend anyone staying there.

The house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. A perfect home from home! Shona was attentive but unintrusive. She left a lovely little welcome pack that was hugely appreciated after a long day of travelling. The location of the house was outstanding. Less than a kilometre fron Inverness City centre, about the same to Whin Park in the other direction, with its play park, miniature railway, skate park and boating Lake. It is also right beside Bellfield Park with its bike hire, tennis courts and play park with paddling pool. Perfect for children and teens and brilliant for our child with special needs. For us it was a perfect base to explore Inverness and the surrounding area. We enjoyed visits to Urquhart Castle, Fort George, Spynie Palace, Culloden battle site and Elgin Cathedral. We also enjoyed a bot tour of Loch Ness and a day trip to Nairn. We left before we could see and do all the things we wanted to see and do. The area is so steeped in history and offers so much for families. Many, many thanks to Shona for such a perfect base. We couldn't recommend the house or location highly enough!

Had a lovely weeks break with family in Shonas house, the situation of the property is brilliant for river walks and view from window is gorgeous. Its about 10 minutes walk from town and supermarkets within walking distance too. Shona has everything you need, like tea, coffee, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc, very well equipped, home from home really. Would recommend.

Very clean. Nicely updated. Lots of included perks (laundry, TV, wifi that worked very well, fridge, cooking facilities, park across street, River walk). The owner, Shona, was wonderfully available and very, very nice. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!
